This cozy cottage home is conveniently located directly across the street from Camp Watercolor

This home is a perfect place for a family to use alone or to share with friends. It is a second home and we invite you to use it as your own. You will feel at home with all the 'extras' that you would not normally find in a rental unit. No need to pack up your porta-crib we have that too. The only problem you'll have is leaving!!!!!!

Booking Policy
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
• Except for a $75 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 30 days in advance of arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept checks or credit cards

  • We loved our "home away from home" for the week!!! It was one of our favorite vacations and we hope to come back again! I would highly recommed this vacation spot. One of our favorite things was the big front porch with rocking chairs...we spent a lot of time relaxing there.   • We stayed in this cottage for three months and loved every day! All of the management team at 360 Blue was fabulous and immediately took care of anything we needed. As snowbirds we come to the area for the winter and this last visit was by far our best because of this beautiful house and the fantastic service we received. It made our vacation a real pleasure!!!   • My family had the pleasure of spending 8 beautiful days in this wonderful house, and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The house is ultra clean and very spacious. The dining and living areas were large and beautifully decorated. The easy walk or bike ride to Camp Watercolor, pools and Publix made this location the perfect spot for our family. We can't wait to return! from Decatur, GA for stay in 10/2007
