Located In the exclusive Community “Residential Hotels del Golf” in the famous Golf Valley of Nueva Andalucia and a few minutes drives from Puerto Banus beaches, sits this luxury bright and spacious three bedrooms apartment with two terraces overlooking Las Brisas golf course and the mountains.
Residential Hotel del Golf has 24 hours security, a resident English speaking managing agent who takes care of the apartment and is contactable during your stay, tropical mature garden, outdoors heated swimming pool, underground private parking with access to the apartment by elevator, and private access to the Las Brisas Golf Club House and its restaurant.
The privately owned 160 square meters apartment (1720 sq. feet) has remote controlled fully air conditioning. A large entrance hall leads to the spacious living and dining area which includes sofas, a table for up to eight and with access to the terraces, one south-west facing overlooking the golf course with a round table and six chairs, the other north-east facing with stunning mountains views with a tea table. The apartment has three bedrooms (one with a large double bed, the other with two twin beds and the third with office area and a sofa doble-bed (140 cm. wide). There is also an aditional 80 cm. wide foldable bed. The apartment has two en suite marble bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including cooker, microwaves, fridge, dishwasher, washing and drier machines, iron & ironing board. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, (english, german, french and italian channels), CD/DVD player, WIFI internet connection and it has two private parking places in the underground garage.
Residential Hotel del Golf is centrally located in a sought after area for all tastes. It is within easy reach of activities such as horse-riding, walking, biking and golf. It sets is in the golf valley leading up from Puerto Banus with four 18 holes golf courses at a short drive away - Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and, of course, Las Brisas directly connected to the apartment.
The sea is 3 km away with marinas, beaches and promenades within easy reach. Sunbathing, windsurfing, paragliding, sailing, diving are all available. The surrounding area has many restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shopping malls.
Marbella and Puerto Banus offer designer shops, jet set marina, nightlife until dawn and much more.
San Pedro – a more Spanish feel with a long sea promenade, beach and beach restaurants for the best of local fresh fish.
Benahavis - the gourmet village of the Costa del Sol, located up in the mountains, surrounded by beautiful scenery as well.
Sierra de Ronda – a wonderful mountains area within 50 Km. spotted by typical Spanish villages.
Gibraltar - an easy drive and worth a visit.
Sevilla – Cordova -Granada – the historical Andalusian cities between 1 and 2 hours by car.
Ski at Sierra Nevada - 2 hours by car should you want to return for winter sun and ski.

                            My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Nueva Andalucia! Not only is the location of the club gorgeous, but the apartment and its surroundings are immaculate. The property was very well maintained and we felt very comfortable and relaxed, as it was very spacious - even for the 6 of us - and well equipped. Hotel Golf Las Brisas is within a 30 minutes enjoyable walk from the small village Aloha, where one can find a couple of supermarkets, cafés, and a few restaurants. I particularly recommend Evita - Argentinian Steak Rest. Don't miss the tango show on Thursdays! It's worth seeing. Puerto Banús, Marbella and San Pedro de Alcantara, are some of the enchanting towns easily reachable by car. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of his way to answer my questions, give me recommendations about this or that, and ensure that we'd have a nice stay. I recommend this place wholeheartedly and look forward to going back! Thank you, Piero, for making our Christmas vacation such an unforgetable experience:) Monica and Family

                          About the owner: Born in Venice, Italy and graduated in Economics, I developed an international management career in multinational companies in Italy, USA, UK, South America and Spain. Now retired I live in Italy and I work as a partner in a management consultant firm. I have been with Hotel del Golf for many years and you may contact them directly for references.

                          Why the Owner Chose Nueva Andalucia:
                          I bought this property because of its location in Marbella and the very well organized owner's Community. I am still using the apartment, when not rented, to spend some time in Andalucia meeting friends and playing golf. Initially I bought two contiguous apartments I completely restored to create one single large, bright and comfortable apartment with 2 terraces northeast and southwest oriented and 2 private parking places.
