Just wanted to thank you for the use of your unit. We were at home the second we came in. Sleeping came effortlessly. I was also very impressed with how well the condo is stocked with extras that we may have forgotten to pack or did not even think we may need but did. Your unit and complex are wonderful. The location of both is perfect. Your decor was very comfortable. We will be booking future vacations at your place. The extras for my little guy were very thoughtful and we appreciated it.

I just wanted to let you know how much we all enjoyed our stay at your condo. It is in the perfect location, ground floor facing the dunes. We did not want to leave, & when I spoke to my daughter after flying home, she commented that she & her husband kept saying to each other "last wk we were in the condo." You really have it outfitted to ensure everyone's comfort. A special thank you to you for sending my daughter the items she left behind. We are looking forward to coming back again.

The condo was a nice, comfortable home for us during our month long stay during February. We appreciated that the condo had a wealth of items that we needed during our stay; however, there were so many towels, pillows, dishes, knickknacks, etc. that the condo felt very cluttered. The wireless internet functioned perfectly, and it was nice to have HD television. The photos accurately depicted the condo's appearance and amenities. Helen was very helpful in resolving some minor issues. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The carpeting and some of the lamps and small appliances were pretty worn and need to be replaced. We also felt that Colony Reef was a very nice complex. All in all, we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation and would recommend this condo and Colony Reef to others.

We had a great time last week! The condo, weather, golf, food, beach were all wonderful. Thank you for allowing us the use of your condo. Thanks for your note [offering to return left items]. The glasses are cheap reading glasses so no need to return. No need to return the hat either. I will put the keys in the mail this afternoon.

You are so organized. The inventory was such a blessing to have. By the way, the turtle [Florida land tortoise, an endangered species in the dunes] did appear on Wednesday [evening]. Thank you so much for letting us use your condo. You are right about not needing to overpack! The place has everything. Our kids loved the pool and ocean (it was our youngest son's first time in the ocean). It was so relaxing to come here after our busy days at Disney. This might possibly be the best cacation our family has had in a long time.

Helen: we had a wonderful time at your Condo. The accommodations were perfect as to location and furnishings. You have done an excellent job. The kids had a great time enjoying all of the activities that St. Augustine has to offer. The convenience of the condo to the pool and beach proved to be a real asset while the rabbits offered a bit of nature and other entertainment. I’m sure they wonder where their unusual source of food, lettuce and carrots, went so suddenly. Needless to say, the patio/porch offered a welcome site for an evening libation and pipe after the little ones were in bed. Anyway, thank you so much for sharing. I hope that we left it in satisfactory condition.

This condo is extremely well furnished, clean and well maintained as well as very favorably located. Description probably understates it. Ideal for families with young children due to accessability to beach, pool, playground and arrangements of bedrooms in the condo. St. Augustine offers a plethora of activities for children and an abundance of good restaurants. The owner maintains a good listing of available activities and eating establishments, yet another manifestation of her throughness and thoughfulness. My family would not hesitate in returning here or recommending this unit for other family or friends.

Northeast Florida has something for everyone - except skiing and snowboarding! At one time, the St. Augustine billboard said: "26 miles of beaches, and the rest is history!" We try to have everything that a family needs to have a delightful beach vacation: umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys. We provide detailed information for golfers, current for the season. We provide tennis and racketball rackets. We provide a fully equipped kitchen for the gourmet cook. As usual, our stay was fantastic. The description and pictures do not tell the whole story about this condo. Not only does it have every amenity a vacationer could ask for, but the owner's attention to detail is truly impressive. The kitchen is fully equipped with every pot, pan and tool needed to cook an elegant meal. (There is even an inventory list so you can find ANYTHING you may need.) In the closets, one can find beach toys, fishing guides, games, and even binoculars to watch the many species of birds, turtles and other wildlife that call the dunes home. The condo's location on the first floor facing the beach is a definite advantage of 2102. It is an easy stroll from the car to the front door, a plus for older renters, people with disabilities or anyone with a ton of luggage. The patio is facing the beach, just yards from the dunes, so visitors can enjoy the sounds of the waves in comfortable chairs. The playground is only yards away for from the patio, so it's easy to watch your children play while you lounge and read a book. During the evening when you want to get out of the sun, there are a ton of novels to read for all ages, games & puzzles. There is a indoor pool, tennis court, and lawn to set up volley ball. (Which there is a volley ball, and racquets in the closet.) Our kids were never bored!!! Usually when vacationing it is a chore to find things to do if you are not familiar with the area. NOT while staying here. There was a nice folder filled with brochures and personal notes with all the things to do, see and eat. The town is filled with history and there are many attractions & great restaurants in the near by area. We were able to plan our day in the comfort of the condo & didn't waste any gas diving around trying to look for a "good" place to go. There are only two negative things I can state about staying here: 1.) I feel ripped off anytime we stay at a different condo. 2.) Leaving is never fun.

This place has EVERYTHING! Seriously, just pack some clothes. We rent all the time for vacation and I've NEVER had anyone have all that they have. Beach things, toiletries, SPICES of all kinds, you name it they've got it (in a binder to tell you where to find it too!). The most amazing spot. View was lovely. It rained while we were there, but it was so comfortable inside that we just enjoyed being on vacation. Helen is amazing. I'm not kidding. It's like going to your sister's house for the week. She'll tell you everything you need to know around town and then some. Customer service cannot be beat with her. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

Just wanted to let you know that I dropped the keys and the parking passes in the mail yesterday. It was super cold at the beach but we enjoyed the condo. It was lovely. My mom and the aunts (in their 70's and 80's) had to stay in for most of the weekend so it was nice to have a comfy/cozy place! They all said they would love to meet you.

Enclosed are the condo keys & parking pass. As usual, we enjoyed our stay at your condo. The weather was perfect for the whole weekend and it was great to take walks on the beach. We hope you find everything in order. We followed instructions for the condo and left the dishes in the dishwasher (on) and started the washing machine with towels in them. Its always very pleasant here and very well equipped. Looking forward to next year. Hope you had a great time at your Master Gardener Convention.

Helen, We LOVED our stay in your beautiful condo! It is the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in! The kitchen is ready for meals. You thought of everything. My husband and I loved our getaway for the "two" of us. We have two daughters at home we adore, but took-a-time for us. The condo is perfect! P.S. - We enjoyed Mango Mango. Sat on deck for dinner.

Thank you for the use of your condo. ... We had a wonderful time and found the condo was better equipped than any other condo or home that we have rented in the past (and that is a long list). My wife wanted to know if you rent it only by the week, or are long weekends a possibility? [ YES! ] We will definitely be in touch again as we love the area and your accomodations were excellent. I noticed that there is parking available for boat trailers, which many of the condo's seem to want to discourage. I'll likely bring the boat the next time. Thanks again.

Helen, you have outdone yourself! The condo is lovely, with attention given to every detail! I remember renting condos where you had to go to the store and buy salt and pepper and everything else. We've been sitting on the patio - there has been a heavenly breeze. Such a relief after the hot, humid days inland. I thought I would never cool down. Appreciate the folder with all the info. We're planning to eat out most of the time, go shopping, etc. We'll try to do our part for the local economy. Mostly, we will just enjoy being here at the peaceful beach. Thank you again for providing this wonderful place for us to unwind.

I received your letter today and the return of my deposit check. Our week in St. Augustine was most enjoyable. The weather, although a little cool, was still nice and sunny most of the time. We spent most of our time doing the tourist activities downtown, visiting the forts and the local farmer's market that is [North] of your condo. From your letter, it looks like there are plenty more activities that are available in the area. Thanks for allowing us to use your condo. If we decide to come back to St. Augustine again, I will definitely put your condo at the top of the list.

We are getting packed up and just want to say thank you for all of your extra effort. We thoroughly enjoyed your information about St. Augustine events, the restaurants and College [Flagler, ed.] happenings. We tried to treat your condo with care and to take good care of everything here. The bed was very comfortable - so we got good rest while here. The children really enjoyed the videos when they were here in mid-January. We don't look forward to the trip home or cold weather, but know how lucky we were to escape for awhile.
