THIS LAVISH, PLUSH, LUXURIOUS ISLE OF PALMS HOME IS ONE OF THE BEST ON ISLE OF PALMS!
Brand New! This house has a private heated swimming pool (heated upon request only, see fees below) on the top deck of this house. The elevator goes to all floors including the garage and the top deck with the pool! The private heated pool has a HUGE deck with both covered and uncovered areas. There is a gas BBQ grill on this top deck. There are hardwood floors throughout the living areas of this home and the bedrooms are carpeted. There is also high speed internet access (Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.) There is a playground with a swing set in the back yard.
1st Floor:
The master king bedroom on this floor has access to the front deck area and a Jacuzzi tub and shower in the private bathroom. On this floor there are 2 more bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms. The fourth & fifth bedrooms on this floor have two extra long twin beds that can be converted to a 2 king beds upon request with at least 2 days notice, each with a private bath. The last bedroom on this floor has two queen beds and a private bath.
2nd Floor:
The living areas are on this floor. This includes the kitchen with a pantry; living room with wet bar that has wine cooler, ice maker, and sink; half bath and bar area. There are 2 queen bedrooms on this floor with a full bath each. The dining area seats up to 24 people.
3rd Floor:
The third floor has a bedroom with a queen bed & a queen sleep sofa with a private bathroom. This floor has awesome panoramic ocean views! The 12 x 24 (3-5 1/2ft deep) heated pool (heated upon request only, see fees below) has a huge deck. The deck runs the length of the house. It has a covered area for dining. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower for the pool.

As a note of caution we would like to remind you that this home is located in a residential area, and the community is very sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes particularly in the evening hours. Therefore we cannot allow parties, and we must prohibit large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms police department.

In our last couple days here at this exquisite home, I'm writing from the 3rd floor deck with pool and grill area in background where I'm taking in a near-panoramic view of the ocean that can't be simulated in any photograph. This home proved to be the perfect size and with all the expected amenities for our ambitious group of 15 bicyclists who trekked from Spartanburg to IOP in one day. Upon most of their departures, my Northern family descended to soak up some welcome sun and surf to complete our week. This home has ample room and has a nice layout with many different bedding options to please everyone. Heating the pool in mid-October is almost always a must and will provide hours of enjoyment. Since moving to SC 18 years ago and exploring countless beaches, IOP remains my favorite.
