The location is perfect. In the centre of town, near Bazel Area. At a walking distance from the beach. One does not even need a car to move around. Excellent public transportation.

The street is very calm. You can hear the birds singing in the morning. The street is green with beautiful trees. The neighbourhood is pleasant. The impression is as if it was a lodging in the country, while you are in the center of town, with easy access to everywhere.

Comfortable and quiet

The apartment is clean, recently renewed and is located in a very nice and quiet street with secular trees in one of the best quarters of Tel Aviv. In few minutes you can get to Rabin square and Ibn Gabirol road, where it's possible to find all kind of shops, restaurants and cafes of high quality. The furniture of the apartment is pleasant and make a good atmosphere. The bed is comfortable. At your arrival you get double towels and in summer this is very important. It's a pity that the owner did'nt provide a a change of the sheets after a week. She suggested the use of the laundries near by, but they don't give a good service. One is an automatic one so you have to spend a lot of time there and you cannot get your stuff ironed. The second one collects the stuff and send it to Rishon Lezion so you get it back after 3/4 days at the best!!!
Owner response:The guests were pleasant and civilised persons. They took care of the apartment and kept things respectfully. These were a couple of Italian people, where the weather in their country is hot. Here in Tel Aviv, during summer, it is even hoter. The air condition worked on properly and they were satisfied. All around the apartment there are beautiful trees which keep the climate moderate. The street also has the same beautiful trees which give shadow in summer. The apartment has space and the guests respected it. Very good guests. They promised to come back. They sent also their friends by recommendation. Those friends came and stayed in the apartment. They were also satisfied and recommended to another friend. This shows when guests are happy of a vacation rental, they recommend it.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car.

We stayed in the flat for 2 weeks in October. We liked the attractive open space premises and the facilities. Location excellent, double beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped, bathroom adequate, 2nd wc helpful. lounge-dining room very pleasant, armchairs rather low. TV with multiple channels, but screen rather small. the flat is air conditionned and the temperature was very pleasant, in very hot weather. The flat needed cleaning, a hoover would have been helpful. We really liked the flat very much and hope to go back next year. Friends who came to see us, liked the outlay of the flat The flat is one and 1/2 floors up..Land lady was very helpful.
Owner response:Very pleasant tenants, agreeable to have contact with. When they needed something, they called and got an answer. They were very enthusiastic about the flat that has been renovated and designed. The flat suited them and they already asked for a possible reservation for next year. This is the best recommendation that can be done. I wish all owners to have such good tenants.

We were disappointed. We got to the apartment. The description was not accurate 1) said there was a personal hot tub. There was not even a bathtub! there was a shower that had black mold, we had to got to the store to buy spray bleach and clean it ourselves! The description said 2) Queen bed and single bed.. There was not a queen bed there was a double and a single. The little pillows on the single bed had no covers. the shame is that the place could have been decent if it were cleaned and an investment of about $200 at IKEA. We believe the landlady lived in the building. We didn't know this until the last day. She never said "I'm in the building, please let me know if you have any problems" The only reason is this rating even deserves a rating is that the apartment is in a nice section of the city. A quiet tree lined street.
Owner response:This guest started complaining even before arriving to the apartment. I guess he was unhappy of his stay in the country. He came from Jerusalem after doing his "Bat Mitzva" ceremony. This person has more than 60 years old. Bar Mitzva is usually done at the age of 13 !!! This situation created an unsatisfaction even before he came to the apartment. He was very unpleasant already over the phone. Then when he arrived, he looked to see if the photo matches the reality. "Where is this lamp ? and where is this curtain? " I showed him that everything is there, but places have been changed by the former guest. When I met him, I told him that if he has any problem he can call me. It is not his concern where do I live. The lady who was with him said they do not have a cell phone and that I should watch all the time the internet to see if they have any request. They rented the place for 4 nights. This studio is on rental for a few years now and never had any complaint. On the contrary. Same guests are coming every year, again and again.
