PREMIER ISLE OF PALMS VACATION RENTAL HOME!
New owners have upgraded inside and out! This is one of the most luxurious homes on the Isle of Palms.
Thank you for considering our beach house for your upcoming vacation. We're sure you will have a wonderful stay and hope to see you the following year! Our goal is ensure complete satisfaction and encourage repeat visitors.
This house has a private heated swimming pool (heated upon request only, see fees below) on the top deck. The elevator goes to all floors including the garage, a bedroom with a queen bed & queen sleeper sofa, and the top deck with a pool. The private pool has a HUGE deck with both covered and uncovered areas. There is an outdoor kitchen with a commercial grade DCS 36" gas BBQ grill, refrigerator, and sink on the top deck. Beautiful scenic views of the ocean! There are hardwood floors throughout the living areas of this home, and the bedrooms are carpeted. There is a playground with a swing set in the back yard. Brand new 55" HD SONY flat screen TV in family room and flat screen TVs and DVD players in EVERY bedroom. Video library (over 400+ movies) included as well! This home also has WiFi high speed internet services (Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems). Full array of games, puzzles, poker table overlay and professional chips, and even a karaoke machine!
On the first floor, there is a Master king bedroom with access to the first floor deck and large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower that is shared with another king bedroom. There is also another King bedroom with private bathroom and there is a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a private bath. There are also 2 bedrooms with 2 extra long twin beds in each with private bathrooms. The laundry room is also on this floor.
The second floor has 2 Queen bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The kitchen with a two closet pantry, living room with a wet bar area complete with a wine cooler, ice maker, and sink, a Bar area and powder room is also on this floor. The dining area seats up to 24 people.
The third floor has a bedroom with queen bed & a queen sleeper sofa, private bathroom, TV, DVD/VCR player and has GREAT ocean views. On this floor is also the private heated pool (heated upon request only, see fees below) with a huge sundeck. The deck for the pool has some covered and some uncovered areas. The covered area has an outdoor kitchen, a dining table, and a full restroom.
There are 20 beach chairs, 2 large coolers, 2 beach umbrellas, boogie boards, skim boards, and a beach carrying buggy to make your trip to and from the beach more convenient.
MUST BE 25 years of age or older to rent this home!
As a note of caution we would like to remind you that this home is located in a residential area, and the community is very sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes particularly in the evening hours. Therefore we cannot allow parties, and we must prohibit large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.

*Pool Heat fees: 3 nights $100, 4-7 nights $200. We need 48 hours notice to have the pool heated in time for your stay.

*25% deposit must be paid to secure reservation.

Our family just returned from a stay at this property on the Isle of Palms. Our group was a large, family reunion with ages ranging from 4-68 years--and we couldn't have been more pleased with this property. It was as if the owners had already thought of everything. There were loads of games and movies, tons of beach chairs and boogie boards and even the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. We were so pleasantly surprised. Even though we had 20+ people in the house we seemed to have plenty of room. The house was not only beautiful, it was wonderfully maintained. That was a huge bonus. In fact, the only drawback that any of us thought of all week during our stay was that the beautiful hardwood floors and tall ceilings made the house echo the noises of those up early or late. A small price to pay for such a great property (bring a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper). The proximity to the beach was ideal-- a close second only the being situated right on the beach. The path the beach is right out the front door--perfect. And the rooftop deck...all I can say is that it was even better in person. We spent a lot of time enjoying the sunsets and night air up there. A definite highlight for our group. We had a fantastic time! Wouldn't hesitate to rent this beauty again. Thanks so much!

I arranged a family gathering here in early June 2010 for people ages 2 to 69, coming from Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Florida, and Massachusetts. The property is about 30 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to downtown, minutes to fishing & golf, and a 2 to 3 minute walk to a magnificent beach directly across the street. The location, the home and its amenities were just as described. It was beautiful, nicely furnished, very clean and well maintained. The pictures, as good as they are, barely do justice to this property, its upkeep and the location. The decks are fantastic –both have plenty of quality deck furniture, ample seating for meals, and great views. And of course the roof deck has a very nice moderately sized pool. The kitchen is highly functional with the double oven and adjacent dining area, and while it’s not quite gourmet, it was close enough when combined with the roof deck grill which gets scorching so it's perfect for steaks. We had planned to sample a couple of the local restaurants, but we'll have to come back to try them another time since we decided to cook-in every night. The owner’s thought of just about everything to make your stay enjoyable and all that is promised is delivered …and more. Also, the management company addressed the two minor maintenance issues we had very quickly and completely. The nearly perfect weather didn't hurt. Truly a wonderful spot and an excellent property with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Bless you & thank you.

This house has all of the details. Whoever designed thought of a family gathering. It even included a fenced playground for the kids to play. The way the rooms were divided, gave enough privacy for each member of thefamily to have their own space. The view was magnificent! You could see the morning sunrise out the front window. I would certainly recommend this house to a friend.
