We invite you to our home called "One-Oh-Four" which is ideally located on the northeast corner of Woodman Street and North Shore Drive. This location, on South Haven's North shore is directly across the street from the Woodman Beach and offers direct beach access in less than a one minute walk with no huge hills nor endless staircases to climb up and down when going to and from the beach!!!
You will immediately know upon entering "One-Oh-Four" that you are staying in a luxurious dream vacation house that has been painstakingly restored with the finest fixtures, finishes and furnishings throughout. Professionally designed and restored to the highest standards, this home is one of the finest residences available for rent in the area.
With five bedrooms and four full baths, there is abundant space for your large family or group up to a maximum of twelve guests total. This spacious home offers a functional floor plan and offers numerous indoor and outdoor sitting areas.

Located directly across the North Shore Drive from our home, the Woodman Street Beach is easily accessed without any huge hills nor endless stairs to climb up and down when going to and from the beach.
The North Beach offers a concession stand and public restroom. The North Beach also has swings, a slide and climbing bars. There are also several volley ball nets on the North Beach.
The Google Map incorrectly shows this location as North Beach Public Park when it is actually "Stanley Johnston Memorial Park". This large park has vast open spaces for walking, playing Frisbee, catch, etc. There is a gazebo at the top of the hill overlooking the South Haven Marina. There is a basketball court, swings and a sand box. This park is conveniently located only one block east of our home.

Walk south on the beach at the water's edge to the Black River then walk west to the end of the North Pier Head. Watch the sun set. Watch the boats pass by. Watch the fishermen and fisherwomen. Sit down and relax!

Located at Dyckman Street and North Shore Drive, this small public beach is perfect for swimming and lying in the sun. Grills, picnic tables, deck overlooking Lake Michigan, large shaded area.
The downtown area of South Haven is on Phoenix Street from Broadway west to Kalamazoo/Williams Street. The downtown consists of a variety of restaurants and retail shopping. The downtown reminds us of the old Main Streets of many small towns and of a time when life was a bit simpler and a little slower. A healthy change of pace!

We stayed at this house for a long weekend. The house was beautiful. It was very clean and modern. The bathrooms were stunning. We took advantage of the big porch and great balconies. The location to both Woodman and North beaches was great. It's also in walking distance to the town.

We rented this home for our annual post Christmas family get away. My husband and I, our 3 adult children, their 3 spouses and our 3 grandsons had a wonderful time there. The house is beautifully decorated, very elegant but welcoming and comfortable. It met all our needs. We cooked most of our meals there and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The house is in a great location. But what really makes me want to be a repeat guest, is the owner's attitude. First they were very flexible about check in and check out times. It was wonderful to have that flexibility. Then when there was a small mishap the owners were very responsive and helpful and the security deposit was refunded completely and promptly. It was a pleasure dealing with this owner and staying at this home. I would definitely recommend renting this house.

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week with aging parents and a college age student and all were very pleased! We loved the quiet corner location, immaculate landscaping and convenient short walks to the shore and harbor area. A Catholic church is only minutes away! Kitchen and gathering area is so well designed and comfortable that cooking and cleanup became part of the fun. Several golfing options were all within a short drive. The weather was not the best this particular week, but the house certainly made up for it!

We have a group of 4 families that have vacationed together for 12 years now. We have rented many homes in Wisconsin and Michigan and this home is at the top of our list. We have stayed here twice so far and hope to keep coming back. The location is ideal, very close to the beach and walking distance to town. The home is beautiful and comfortable for our families to hang out in. We cook all of our meals together and enjoy the well-appointed kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated. We really love the South Haven area. There is so much to do...plenty of shopping, restaurants and golf. We highly recommend this home!

Pictures don't do this place justice. It's a beautifully restored and yet modernized vintage vacation home. We found it conveniently located across the street from beach. It's close to very nice parks and waterfront walk ways. We could either walk or drive to Clementines restaurant in a matter of minutes. The garage makes for a great indoor/outdoor playroom for the kids. All four bathrooms are fantastic!! We didn't want to go home....every luxury, nothing lacking.

This house was just perfect for our "girls" weekend away...lots of room, beautiful furnishings and very convient location. We were able to walk to town in about 10 mins, lovely easy walk...town has everything we needed, shops, resturants, beaches and nightly entertainment.

I've rented this lovely huge home as part of a Healthy Living Weekend Retreat I put on annually. What a spectacular home this is. All the attendees who stayed appreciated the quality and decor. Aside from the beauty of the home itself, it is the proximity to the fabulous beach, sunsets, lighthouse, riverwalk, downtown, and Stanley Johnson park that makes a stay really memorable. Having such a well-appointed kitchen was ideal for my objectives. People who like the finer things will definately appreciate this rental.
