Nice home, great location close to downtown and Sander's beach

We rented this home as a place for my family to stay while they attended our wedding. The house was clean, nicely furnished, and spacious. Mary was very accommodating, welcoming, and easy to work with. The house is in a great location walking distance to downtown and 2 blocks to a public beach, the lake and Tubb's hill. There was lots of room for a large group and my family really enjoyed relaxing on the large back porch. Everything worked well and my family really enjoyed their stay, I would definitely stay in the house again and would recommend the property to friends and family. My only complaint was that the outside areas could use a little paint and maintenance.and didn't look quite as nice as the photos but the inside was accurately represented by the photos.

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We were in town for our son's wedding, and this house worked out great for our need. Mary made sure our arrival was a welcoming feeling, and she had a fruit basket and some sweet bread waiting for us. There were enough beds in the house to accommodate everyone in our family and the house was very spacious. Plus the deck out back was wonderful with a fire pit and a popcorn maker. What FUN!! It was close to the lake, a quiet neighborhood, and plenty of parking for when our visitors came. I would definitely rent this house again.

We rented this lovely home in September while attending a family wedding. It is very specious, clean and comfortable. The location is just a few blocks from the beach and close to town. It is a perfect place for a family retreat.

Although we had typical late October weather (rain!) our stay at this property was relaxing and enjoyable. We were able to have a fire on the back patio the first night. With eleven people attending the house accomodated us well. With shopping and great restaurant choices close by there was something for everyone. Coeur d'Alene is a beautiful place in the fall!

What a great home to relax in & enjoy a family wedding! There was a wonderful gift of bread, jams, butter, & LICORICE! Kitchen is stocked with appropriate cookware & bathrooms/bedrooms have plenty of towels & linens. This home is in a great location, easy to walk downtown, to restaurants, library, coffee shops, lake, etc. The living area is large enough for everyone to sit & enjoy each others' company. Owners are extremely easy to work with & very accommodating! Thanks for a wonderful first-time experience in C'dA!

My family and I recently visited Coeur d' Alene for our annual reunion. We had the great pleasure of staying in this lovely home. Mary even had a little gift basket waiting for us when we arrived. We spent most of our time in the stunning back yard. One covered area for our daily picnics and 2 side areas. One with a pond and fire pit. Thank you, Mary. We will be back.

We recently visited Coeur d'Alene to play golf in the area. This home was perfectly suited for our needs (eight guys in separate beds in addition to three full bathrooms). The large covered sundeck was an added bonus for socializing after each daily round of golf. The home is centrally located downtown and you won't have to walk or drive far to find what you might need. We look forward to coming back in the future. Thanks for everything Mary!

We enjoyed our stay and the many bedrooms worked well for our group of 13 ranging in age from 5 to 80. It was well located to take advantage of the various street fairs that weekend. We especially enjoyed the huge deck in the back yard.

My wife and I rented this house for our wedding. It was absolutely wonderful! The house is spacious and conveniently located close to downtown. The owner was a joy to work with! We stayed here over the 4th of July. The fireworks display was fabulous and the parade was very fun. We walked downtown, around Tubbs Hill, to the stores,the park, and the lake. The location of the house was very convenient.
