Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2003
Property owners, Hal & Betsy Weller, were full time residents of Flagstaff from 1982-1999 after which they moved to Las Vegas. Homesickness for the mountain community eventually set in, and in 2003 they purchased this extraordinary townhouse - sight unseen - on the recommendation of friends. (Properties in the area rarely become publicly listed.) Hal is now retired after a 45-year career as a symphony conductor and Betsy is retired after a teaching career that enriched the lives of countless students.
The Wellers have enjoyed sharing their property with wonderful guests who appreciate the beauty, privacy, and convenience of its setting.
