This totally revonated and professionally decorated 1st floor beachfront unit is located on the most sought after beach location on the Island. It is situated on a guarded beach.

ONLY 3 BLOCKS FROM THE BOARDWALK WITH SIDEWALKS FOR EASY ACCESSIBILITY BY BIKE OR ON FOOT!

This vacation home is three short blocks to board walk and only one block from Kessels Korner. Kessels is the famous ice crean and Hamberger resturant. We are directly on a beautiful street with sidewalks, the front of the home is directly on the beach. We offer 4 off street parking spots,and 5 beach tags

The brand new kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and new tile flooring and marble tile backsplash. All three full bathrooms are completely new and have fun modern touches.

All four bedrooms have new modular closet systems and brand new carpet, beds and mattresses. The entire house is decorated in a "Caribbean vacation" theme. You will enjoy sea breezes and star filled nights on the covered porch. You have DIRECT ACCESS to the guarded beach. Just walk out your front door onto the beach path. We include some beach chairs and beach tags.

This approximately 1800 square foot home has two "Master Suites" with queen-size beds and full baths. There are two "family bedrooms" each with a set of twin beds. The hall bath has a double sink vanity and a separate "water closet" with the toilet and and tub/shower. This allows someone to use the sink while allowing privacy for the person taking a shower.

Convenient location: Walking distance to the famous Kessels Korner! (Ice cream, breakfast, lunch & dinner) Only three blocks from the fabulous Ocean City boardwalk. "Bike the Boards" every morning. Easy access on and off the island: Only one mile to the 34th street bridge.
