This vacation home is three short blocks to board walk and only one block from Kessel's Korner. Kessel's is the famous ice cream and Hamberger restaurant,written up in Philadelphia Magazine. We are directly on a beautiful street with sidewalks, the front of the home is directly on the beach. We offer 4 off street parking spots,and 5 beach tags
The brand new kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and new tile flooring and marble tile backsplash. All three full bathrooms are completely new and have fun modern touches.Tenant provides bed linens,towels and beach towels. Remember paper products and plastic bags.
All four bedrooms have new modular closet systems and brand new carpet, beds and mattresses. The entire house is decorated in a "Caribbean vacation" theme. You will enjoy sea breezes and star filled nights on the covered porch. You have DIRECT ACCESS to the guarded beach. Just walk out your front door onto the beach path. We include some beach chairs and beach tags.
This approximately 1800 square foot home has two "Master Suites" with queen-size beds and full baths. There are two "family bedrooms" each with a set of twin beds. The hall bath has a double sink vanity and a separate "water closet" with the toilet and and tub/shower. This allows someone to use the sink while allowing privacy for the person taking a shower.
Convenient location: Walking distance to the famous Kessel's Korner! (Ice cream, breakfast, lunch & dinner) Written up in Philly Magazine Only three blocks from the fabulous Ocean City boardwalk. "Bike the Boards" every morning. Easy access on and off the island: Only one mile to the 34th street bridge.The Trolley does not run after Labor Day, and not as frequently in June. The beach may not be a guarded beach after Labor Day There is a safe and secure area to keep bikes and beach equipment behind the fence. There is a privite wash off area on side of the house.

My husband and son, along with my parents, spent a wonderful week in June at this lovely, CONVENIENT location. Right on the beach, with only a short dune walk to the ocean's edge. The owner welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. The porch is especially relaxing, and the layout was great, especially being all on one floor. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

One week on the beach was fabulous. Our stay at 2709 Wesley was a real treat. The owners could not have been nicer. The condition of the home was very nice and plenty of room for my wife, kids and grandkids. Staying in a home, beachfront has its merits. Highly recommend this location. We are planning another trip to this location.
