Our one bedroom (with king bed), comfortable air-conditioned, beachfront condo is approximately 730 square feet. The entire condo has been professional redocorated with new furniture and amenities.

You are steps to the pool and white sand beach. The condo features a designer comforter, high thread count sheets, comfortable KING orthopedic mattress, full size sleeper sofa and sofa in living room. Dining area has glass top table which seats four. New Ipod Ihome stero in bedroom.

The condo overlooks the resort style pool and one of the best white sand beaches in Puerto Vallarta! Located on the grounds of the four star Holiday Inn resort with ACCESS TO ALL RESORT AMENITIES - EVEN ROOM SERVICE! You can even choose an All-Inclusive package for approximately $45/person which includes all food and drinks, including alcholic beverages. There is even an exclusive private beach with canopies and lounge chairs.

This condominium makes a wonderful "home base" for your vacation adventures, whether you want to explore the area or simply relax by the pool! This rental offers you the best of both worlds!

Puerto Vallarta offers the "old world" charm of a historic colonial city, complete with cobblestone streets. Our Sea River condo is located in the fashionable Hotel Zone area of Puerto Vallarta. Walking distance to restaurants, clubs, and shopping. You are minutes away by taxi from downtown, the Marina or the Airport. The bus stop is located out front of the resort and can take you all over the Vallarta area.

Views from the balcony, kitchen, dining/living area and large master bedroom with sitting area which features new flat screen TV and DVD player. Condominium is located in the private-owned Sea River Tower adjacent to the Holiday Inn Resort. Condominium is contemporary decorated and recently remodeled.

Fully equipped kitchenette features marble counters, buffet/breakfast bar with stools, full size refrigerator, microwave and VIEWS as you have your morning coffee. Large bedroom features king bed, sitting area (with sleeper sofa) and armoire. Sunken living/dining area offers views of the ocean.

  • We just returned from our trip to PV and wanted to comment on how pleased we were with the condo. It was perfectly located to go basically anywhere by bus or even by foot. The bed was very comfortable, the unit was fastidiously clean and the staff were immensely helpful. The condo was furnished as described, but it also had everything in which to make meals in if you so choosed. We used it as our home base and it fit perfectly. Every question I had was answered immediately from the owners, with extra suggestions and tidbits in the guest books in the unit to complement our holiday. If you are looking for a place to stay, you can't beat this unit. It was high enough up for wonderful views. The transaction to rent it was our very first time and we woudl do it again in a heart beat. The owners care about their place and it shows. Thank you for having us and we'll be back!
