Unit has bamboo hardwood floors throughout. On the first floor is the kitchen, one bedroom, and full bath. The kitchen has all necessary amenities, including a dishwasher.
Located on the second floor is the living room, master bedroom, and a deck, which overlooks a pond and the ocean. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning. There is a 32 inch TV in the living room with a DVD player, as well as a second TV and DVD player in the downstairs bedroom. There is also an outside common area where guests can enjoy cooking out on the grill.
There are many nearby attractions which can entertain all ages. Right down the road are water slides, go carts, mini golf, an arcade, and merry-go-round. Golfers can enjoy a relaxing day at the Winnapaug country club 5 minutes away, Elm Ridge Golf Course which is 15 minutes away, or the Fenner Hill Country Club which is 20 minutes away.
Families can explore the historic Mystic Seaport only 20 minutes away, and is located near the Mystic Aquarium. Foxwoods Resort Casino and Mohegan Sun Casino are also within 45 minutes.
