The condo is within walking distance of the restaurant Pier 13. There is shopping nearby, Blue Bayou Water Park is 20 miles away, there are also bayou and plantation tours..
This site has been voted the number one Water Recreational Area in LA. The condo is in a Gated Area. Also a great place to come in town for LSU Games.
