This is a gorgeous Craftsman House that has been totally refurbished, yet has kept all of it's 1920's charm. Sleep 4.
This fully furnished house is just 1 street over from the quaint Venice walk streets and 4-blocks to Abbott Kinney Blvd. We are a 20 minute walk to the beach, Santa Monica’s Main Street for shopping or The Rose Café (Main & Rose). We are a 12 minute walk to the new Whole Foods Market on Rose & Lincoln.
We have 2-adult bicycles & 2 children's bikes. Beach towels, provided for beach. The charming gardens and pond with Grecian Goddess fountain with turtles and gold fish offer a lovely place to relax and wind down. There is a wooden deck with pergola to sit or lie out on with Barbecue and patio table to enjoy the outdoors. We have Wi-Fi, Ipod dock/Stereo and cable with 2-televisions.
There is a tower computer set up with hi-speed internet access, for those on working holidays.
The house features a beautiful antique post office deck, as well as a HUGE L-shaped couch, 2 TVs - both with DVD players, and a CD/I-pod player
There is a very large floor level out door deck, with BBQ - perfect for in-door out-door living.
The bathroom has been completely re-tiled with 20's hexagonal floor tiles, and deco styled black and cream walls. It features an original Clawfoot tub - as well as a shower.
There is a full kitchen with a double fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and modern gas oven.
This is the ideal place for a working holiday or just place to relax and enjoy the many sites.

Thank you Jeb, and your dog Whitney, for a great experience that started out very stressful. We had lost the place we were supposed to stay in Venice and found this avail at the last minute. I celebrated my 40th birthday on the big lovely deck with a few treasured LA friends and grilled goodies on the BBQ. Our dog Pinky fell in love with Whitney and if we ever move to LA like we've been talking about we will get in touch for a doggy date! Loved having a full kitchen with all the amenities and a big living room with a piano in it! Thanks again!
