Take a walk on the beach, or along the trails through 150 acres of natural preserves between the ocean and the Inter Coastal Waterway or take a bike ride (2 bikes included with condo) on the many miles of paved bike paths. You might want to take your fishing gear for a stop at the private docks on the Inter Coastal Waterway. Also available, are 6 tennis courts (2 lighted), volleyball & shuffleboard courts, a fitness center, clubhouses and a large swimming pool with a hot-tub and an adjacent covered grilling/eating area.
Our 7th floor (out of 8) condo is conveniently located near the elevator which gives easy access to the underground parking garage, the fitness center and game room (1st floor) and paths to the beach and pool. This fully appointed condo provides the best in modern conveniences (4 TVs, cable and high speed internet, DVD/CD surround sound system, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances) for a carefree escape from the hassle of city traffic and congestion.
The condo is practically new and fully equipped. All kitchen items are provided for a family dinner overlooking the ocean and if the cook needs a break, there are numerous great restaurants where seafood specialties can be found. The balcony is a great place for morning coffee as you see the sunrise over the ocean or evening refreshments listening to the surf.
You will have ‘front door’ access to all the pleasures of the Atlantic beaches and a wide variety of ocean and Inter Coastal Waterway activities including fishing, boating and dolphin, sea turtle and whale watching. Surfclub III is located one mile south of Marineland where you can swim with the dolphins and one mile north of Washington Oaks Gardens State Park where you can get a glimpse of ‘Old Florida’. You will be located on A1A (scenic oceanfront highway) which is approximately 10 miles east of I-95 and within easy driving distance to the following exciting entertainment and excursions:

We bought our condo because of its great location: Right on the ocean and close to sites we enjoy visiting again and again. The area has that old Florida flavor with all the modern conveniences. The island feel of the condo interior puts you in vacation mode as soon as you arrive.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our favorite time in the morning is sipping our coffee while sitting on the balcony. We enjoy riding to the Farmers' Market to pick up fresh greens and fruit. The grocery store is close and several restaurants offer fresh seafood and other fare. We provide a list of places that we like for eating, shopping and entertainment. We also have a handy reference booklet in the condo with instructions and suggestions for our guests. We care and we show it. We live in Florida and love it.
