The two decks and picture window overlook the beach and afford a panoramic view from Catalina to points north of Malibu. Watch dolphins frolic in the surf as you enjoy your morning coffee. It is a short walk to downtown Manhattan Beach where there is a variety of great restaurants, boutiques and even a real bakery and ice cream parlour. The home has two floors with two living areas, two bedrooms, a TV room (with pullout couch), a full kitchen and a patio. Located directly on the coveted 'Strand', you are only a few steps to the walking and biking paths that run from Venice Beach to Palos Verdes. Plus you will hear the waves as they put you to sleep. It is a great place for a vacation or for a corporate home away from home.
