Mallorca guest house description

Well equipped 3 bedroom house in a wonderful location with stunning views provides for cosy & relaxing days and nights. The house is part of a small development of 4 terraced houses where you will definitely find peace & privacy. You will be located right on the sea front with private tropical gardens leading by stairs to easy/direct sea access. The closest beach is 2 minutes walk or 5 minutes swim away! There are 3 bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes, one being double room and two twin rooms. Two bedrooms overlook the sea.The comfortable and large lounge/diner has a balcony with dining for six people overlooking the sea towards the Island of Dragonera. The fully fitted kitchen also looks out over the sea. On the large roof terrace, which enjoys the sun all day, you can enjoy alfresco dining with views, soft sea breezes and sunsets. On the ground floor is a large storage/basement area, with shower cubicle, which leads on to a patio area with a table and chairs for six people.


There are 2 very safe beaches in the village, Sant Elm is a natural harbour and the sea is very shallow for 20 meters making an excellent place for children to play. The village is well serviced by a number of very good restaurants, cafes and bars and whilst it is a 'resort' it still retains all of it's original charm and has not allowed itself to become 'touristy'. Sant Elm is a place where many Mallorcan people have a holiday home which they use at weekends and in August. There are a couple of small 'supermarkets' and bakers, a bank and a pharmacy which cater for all daily needs, with the closest big supermarket a 10 minute drive away.

              Sant Elm (or San Telmo) is a charming and picturesque Mediterranean fishing village at the Southwest of the island. This unspoilt village is a real hidden treasure, with its sheltered crystal clear waters, safe & clean family beaches, stunning views of Dragonera island and beautiful sunsets.

              Here you will find all-year-round attractions in pure nature for the entire family. During the summer months, Sant Elm buzzes with happy locals and visitors alike. Within the village you will find a selection of good restaurants and shops. Sant Elm is famed for its fish & paella restaurants. During the summer yachts from around the South West coast can be seen anchored just off shore, whilst owners and friends enjoy a land based meal.

              During the milder months, our house in Sant Elm offers a perfect base for walking / hiking / cycling. This area of the Tramuntana mountains and the nearby bird sanctuary of Dragonera has some of the best nature trails and viewpoints of the island.
