It's also just steps from restaurants, and a short walk to exciting nightclubs. This apartment has been fully renovated with all new appliances and all the comforts of home. It has a full kitchen, air conditioning, heating, cable TV, DVD, radio, Free WiFi Internet Access, linens, towels, beach towels, iron, hair dryer, washer/dryer. It has direct access to the building's patio where there is a seating area and a gas grill for the guest's use.
The area where this apartment is located it's called SoFi (South of Fifth), and it is the nicest residential area in South Beach.

I stayed in this apartment from the 15th March-30th March 2013 and had an amazing stay here. Maria welcomed me and is very friendly and the location was excellent, very quiet but at the same time was close to everything I needed. The amenities within the apartment I could not fault at all. we had a great time during the last 2 weeks in this cute little house with its patio in the back and with its great barbecue. super located, south of 5th street, close to the beach, away from the noise. it felt like home, we love it and we definately come back !Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved it here. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to shopping and easy to get to the bus if needed. It was quiet and cozy and we had a great two weeks. The owner is so nice and helpful and the condo had everything we needed as far as appliances. And there's a TV in the bedroom :) I highly recommend this place.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

i booked this property for me n my parents( on their first visit in the states) and i was a bit concerned at the beginning, being miami a new city for me too...mhanks to maria my parents and i had the holiday of their life! great deal for a very nice apartment, very helpful staff and really well located...3 minutes walk from a beautiful beach! i would definitely go back and i would recommend it to my friends (even the ones with kids!) thank you again! saraRecommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This appartment is really cosy and tidy with all the comfort you can expect while on vacation at the beach. Maria, the owner, is very nice, helpful, flexible and discreet. The neighborhood is quiet and safe ; it remains at a very close walking distance to the beach (food stores are further away but various restaurant are close by). Our best vacation experience ever. Perfect location - just two short blocks away from the beach, close to shopping and dining, convenient parking, quiet street and much more. We barbequed every night at the backyard grill, walked to the beach (5-min walk) and restaurants and had all the fun anybody can imagine. We rented a car and found parking spot not 10 feet away from the door any time we went for a ride and came back day or night. We traveled a lot and the big advantage was very close proximity to all the highways and Miami airport. The administration is very helpful and responsive. Overall - great experience and for very reasonable price. We are definitely coming back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
