This home offers fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean and the rocky coast of Maine. It is surrounded by other turn of the century cottages and is located a short walk from restaurants, shops, 2 different sand beaches,the Nubble Light House, and entertainment for all ages. The quaint villages of York and Ogunquit offer more sights and activities. Kennebunkport and Portmsouth, NH are also nearby.
The house, built in 1901, has been totally updated and beautifully furnished. It has five bedrooms, sleeping nine in beds and two on a pull-out couch in the family room on the first level. The home also has three and a half bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances and there is No Smoking allowed. There is a max. occupancy of 8 at all times.
