The Unique Benefits at this Home
Our private beach access is only three tenths of a mile away. Our screened pool and large enclosed deck face the Sanibel River, with a constantly beautiful view of wildlife and sunsets. The front porch is a lovely place to watch the sunrise!

Sanibel is a uniquely wonderful place. Having discovered it when our children were young, we always kept it in mind as a "warm weather" home location. After looking up and down the coast from SC to FL we decided that, indeed, Sanibel is the very best place in the US for a beach home. The climate is very much like the Carribean and the flora, fauna and wildlife are very similar to Hawaii. Since I continue to teach in Georgetown (DC), we have offered our home for rental
