Awesome! Our luxurious third floor condominium has just been completely remodeled and professionally decorated! It has granite counter tops, new tile flooring and brand new furniture. This luxury third floor condominium has a spectacular view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the newly furnished living room, dining area, kitchen, and 18' lanai.
Access to our Non-Smoking unit is by a private stairway. You can stroll to Siesta Key's famous white sand Crescent Beach via private walkway located just across the street. Fish or boat in the private lagoon. Swim in the heated pool located next to the clubhouse, enjoy a game of tennis on the on-site courts, or just wander the beautifully landscaped 14 acre complex.
Our unit is air conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room. The living room features Tommy Bahama style furniture. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, full bathroom with shower, and cable TV.
The guest bedroom has twin beds, large closet, HDTV, and completely remodeled bathroom. All necessary linens are provided.
Our new chef’s kitchen is fully equipped, and provides features which include a glass cook top, built-in oven/microwave, and all the cookware and dishes you could need to prepare a gourmet meal.
Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Public transportation is available for more distant exploration. Sarasota has world-renowned shopping, fine dining and cultural attractions, and is located within easy driving distance of the most famous tourist destinations in Florida.

The condo was very clean and as represented in the photos. The rental experience was so easy. Paul does a great job at processing the rental professionally. The heated pool was wonderful. Having a computer in the unit was a bonus. We have rented in Florida for the past 5 years and this was the best experience. It is just across the street from the famous, beautiful Crescent Beach. Lots to see and do in the area. Thoroughly recommend this condo and location. Thanks for a wonderful time.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
