There is a sun-deck for sunning that overlooks the water and a charming cover porch off the living area which also has a stainless steel gas grill and is a perfect outdoor eating area. The granite kitchen features stainless appliances and has a breakfast bar. The high beam ceilings throughout give this house the old florida charm.
The entire house is totally private and enclosed with a 6 foot pvc fence with a security gate. This home also has a big screen TV. You can fish off the dock and you can also bring your boat. The marble baths features a jacuzzi tub and large showers. Large walk-in closets in the bedrooms. The beautiful dining table seats 10 people.
