Completely satisfied. Everything about the house was exactly as represented. The caretaker and owners were very helpful. The house does not have an internet connection (wi-fi or modem), something we had overlooked, and which may matter to some people. The house was luxuriously equipped with some delightful decor features. We saw a bobcat in the front yard one morning, and heard coyotes at night. The house is within several miles of very interesting, challenging mountains for hiking. We did not arrange to have pool and hot tub heated, but it would definitely be delightful to do so. 4th bedroom accessible only from the outside - similar to an inlaw suite.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The house is quite nice, but the outstanding feature of this property is its very large, very private, very quiet lot that has just a lovely backyard that has been gorgeously landscaped. The backyard easily swallows a 1/2 dozen occupants who all feel they have complete privacy while enjoying great views of the golf course and the mountains. The pool is also very nice and we spent a very pleasant hour or two in it each day. The only slight drawback with the home was the home electronic system which could benefit from some updating with a newer TV. Internet would be nice too as that has become pretty standard. The hosts are also very obliging and easy to contact if something comes up. They have hired a local handyman who goes out of his way to be as helpful as possible. All in all, a really lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
