Two short blks to beach.Boater's dream on 100 ft of water.This home is professionally decorated and yet very comfortable.Bamboo hard wood floors throughout along with bamboo furnishings.Top of the line kitchen with granite and a breakfast bar,water cooler,stainless appliances.Living room has a big flat screen tv along with a marble gas fireplace.The Covered open porch off the living area over looking the water has a gas grill and is perfect for outdoor dining.
There are out door speakers for the stereo and also a DVD players.There is a sundeck for sunning that over looks the water.The marble master bath has a jacuzzi tub and an oversized separate shower.The entire home is fenced for privacy and has a locking security gate.You can fish off the new dock and you can bring your boat.Extra fee's may apply for boat dockage. This is the best area for a vacation because the beaches are really beautiful.You can walk to everything here the parks,beach and also a fishing pier.There are quaint little shops and great outdoor cafes with live music all with in a block or 2.
