Beautiful, first floor, gorgeous view of lake and pool. Come and enjoy our ground level, well decorated and fully furnished, home-away-from-home. It Is a Mediterranean-style, two bedroom, two bath Condominium, new in 2004. The Beachwalk complex has a very nice layout with club room, exercise room with state-of-the-art equipment, hot tub, heated pool, sandy lakeside beach, and volleyball. Our clubhouse also features a wet bar, billiards and foosball to keep one very busy having fun.
Take a scenic 3.8 mile drive over the Sanibel Island causeway for wonderful shelling and sightseeing on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Recently built, the complex is located at the fork in the road to both Sanibel Island and Fort Myers beach (approx 1.5 miles to the beach).

Enjoy the Florida weather and travel. My family vacations in Florida as much as possible because of the beaches, weather and people. We now have made a tradition of enjoying Thanksgiving in Florida!

Enjoy the Florida SW location and close to all major beaches (Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva), warm ocean water and weather. There continues to be new restuarants and stores being built, which are nearby for convience to all who live in the Fort Myers area.

Just steps away from a luxurious swimming Pool. Most importantly, the weather and the people make Ft. Myers very enjoyable all year round. In addition, I totally enjoy sipping a cup of coffee and sitting on the patio looking out at the lake behind the condo. I continue to see all types of birds and ducks swimming across the lake. On occasion, it is enjoyable to see a small alligator swimming in the pond or sunbathing on the sand.
