This is a 3 story home, very secluded, or rather too good to be true, with beach access. Please note, however, that, per Sanibel city ordinance, private homes can be rented only by the MONTH--28 night minimum.
On the first floor is a two car garage and a large room with twin beds and a sleep sofa and love seat. Middle floor has great room with big screen TV, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom with twin beds and two screened in lanais. Third floor has two huge master bedroom suites with king size beds, two full bathrooms, a sitting room with a sleep sofa, and another lanai from which you can see the Gulf of Mexico.
