Why the Owner Chose Mount Dora
We purchased this house because we were good friends with the elderly couple who owned it. The gentleman was especially fond of my husband and myself and he requested that we have first chance to purchase the house when he deceased. When he died, we bought the house. It offers all the comfort and security that we feel in our own home.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The house has a nice layout to it. Nice, large living room with a great view of the street in front. The rooms are spacious and fully furnished for comfort. It's equipped with everything one needs to live comfortably. It's quiet and a great place to watch nature. Neighbors are close and respectful of our privacy, but available if needed. The house is close to shopping and other events.

Miss Nscheeler rented for 3 months and would have rented for a longer amount of time except her job took her out of state. She stated she was very comfortable and felt very much at home. She loved the quietness of the house and the way it was furnished.

The Myllymaki's have rented for the past 3 years. They tell me that they are very comfortable and it's most relaxing. They enjoy watching the different birds, wildlife and activity on the lagoon. The area is close to lots of activities and places to visit.
