Year Purchased: 2005
My husband and I both retired from the Kentucky Dept of Education in 2004 and moved to beautiful Gulf Shores. When I say retired, I really mean changed careers. We wanted to buy and sell realestate as well as remodel condos. We will soon clelebrate our 5th anniversay in Nov. We married on the beach here right after Hurrican Ivan.
Why the Owner Chose Grand Beach
This property seems a good purchase because it was small and very affordable for those folks wanting to come to the beach with a great location, but not pay the price for beachside vacations.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The greatest thing about staying at Grand Beach Resort is the view and location.. The ocean is just outside your window and balcony, but without the cost of being on the beach side. There are no obstructions on the beach side. It is a relatively small complex with a pool, hottub and BBQ area. The layout of the unit makes it great for families or just couples.
