  We have recently returned from our fifth stay at Morgan's Beach House. Cheryl, Jim & Morgan are wonderful owners; they continue to be most accommodating and caring in their dealings with us as renters. With each stay we have been treated to great upgrades in the condo. Everything one could possibly need is at your fingertips in a most attractive and clean environment. The Sea Club has a friendly atmosphere with well maintained grounds and pool facilities. The beach and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico are a short walk across the street. We feel very fortunate to have found a wonderful condo with attentive owners in such a beautiful setting. Certainly we look forward to spending our many future southern vacations in "our" Florida home as guests of the Hooks' family.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We spent a week at this property in early July and had an amazing time. Condo is equipped with everything we needed (including a high chair and playpen for our little one!) and was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved how close we were to the beach and also the condo's proximity to the pool where we spent our late afternoons. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Indian Shores.

  We love this Condo! It is absolutely perfect for our "home away from home". The condo has a warm and inviting decor and everything is updated. It has a beautiful modern kitchen and flat screen TV's in living area and bedrooms.The condo complex is surrounded by landscaped grounds and friendly atmosphere. We love the pool and can watch the boats on the Intercoastal waterway from the balcony. Our favorite times are spent on the beach and watching the beautiful sunsets. We have stayed in Cheryl and Jim's condo the last 2 years. They are involved and caring owners. We look forward to spending many more years "in partnership" with them. We highly recommend this property.

  Cheryl, we wanted to let you know how pleased we are with all the updates you have made in the condo... the tiled floors and TVs are great additions since our October visit. We really appreciate how you care for your place and make it so very welcoming and homey for your guests. As we mentioned yesterday we also are thrilled with the improved view of the intercoastal. We have settled in quite nicely and are most comfortable here. Thanks again Gail & FX

  We have been going to My Beach house for 5 years now. We love it there, it is like being at home. The condo is very clean and nicely furnished. It is a short walk to the beach and we love the beautiful sunset. We pack up the wagon and stay for the day. The pool area is very inviting. We like to sit out on the deck and look out at the inter coastal water. We highly recommend My Beach house. We will continue to visit each year! Thank you Cheryl and Jim for your wonderful place.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed at this lovely apartment in Nov/Dec 2007 . everything was perfect. we found it in excellent condition .loction perfect for pool and beaches all any one could ask for. We are returning in in Nov/dec in 2008 Just PERFECT

  We had a wonderful stay at your condo. It was absolutely beautiful and had all the necessities anyone could ever want for a day at the beach. I would highly recommend this impeccable condo and would absolutely return if I'm in the region. When choosing I was a little worried about not getting a place directly on the beach, but after spending a week there, I would not consider any other spot! Thanks for a great week!

  We are looking for Repeat Guest & that is why we are very proud of the upgrades we have made to the condo. We feel there is everything needed there to call this your "home away from home". If you decided to stay at our property and find there is something missing or needed, discuss it with us. If we come to a mutual agreement on the item we will reimburse you for the purchase.
