Relax and enjoy this fabulous condominium complex and surrounding area! We take pride in our condo which was just remodeled in 2006! The condo is 1255 sf and is on the first floor with a great view of the intercoastal waterway from the balcony & kitchen. Perfect view of the pool from both bedrooms.
The living area has a TV, DVD/VHS, and a stereo/CD player. We even leave movies and music for your enjoyment as you relax in the comfort of new furniture.
The kitchen, which is fully equiped with plenty of dishes and accessories, has an extended countertop with bar stools where you can look out at the intercostal waterway.
There is comfortable seating for 6 at the table in the separate dining area.
The master bedroom has a pillow-top queen bed and private bath with stereo and walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has a TV, phone and a desk. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV, phone and a separate closet. WiFi extends throught condo and able to get access on patio & at pool!
The private balcony has nice patio chairs (not the stiff plastic stuff) with a table and a view of the intercostal waterway.
There is a cordless phone in the kitchen & Master bedroom. (free local & long distance calls US & Cananda only). There are several board games for family entertainment and even Play Station II with games.

Jim, Cheryl & Morgan (we call her smooch) & she calls the condo "MY Beachouse". She loves it down there. Expecially when we see the jumping fish (mullet) from the dock. She loves when the mantaray come up to the dock & do a little show for her. It is amazing! We also love watching the sailboats and dolphin go by.
Why the Owner Chose Sea Club
We purchased this condo @ Sea Club in 2001. We love the location & we love the beach! Everything you need is just minutes away! Great walking lanes & biking lanes! This was important to us because we love to take a morning bike ride for donuts & coffee. Sea Club does a great job with the landscape and it is one of the largest properties with open grass yard.It is our home away from home! Our daughter Morgan calls it "Her Beach House" & she loves it just like us!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Watching the dolphins go bye and the jumping fish (Mullet) from the condo and the fishing dock. We also get to see some beautiful boats go bye! My favorite though is watching the sunset! It is beautiful!

We spent a week at this property in early July and had an amazing time. Condo is equipped with everything we needed (including a high chair and playpen for our little one!) and was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved how close we were to the beach and also the condo's proximity to the pool where we spent our late afternoons. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Indian Shores.

We love this Condo! It is absolutely perfect for our "home away from home". The condo has a warm and inviting decor and everything is updated. It has a beautiful modern kitchen and flat screen TV's in living area and bedrooms.The condo complex is surrounded by landscaped grounds and friendly atmosphere. We love the pool and can watch the boats on the Intercoastal waterway from the balcony. Our favorite times are spent on the beach and watching the beautiful sunsets. We have stayed in Cheryl and Jim's condo the last 2 years. They are involved and caring owners. We look forward to spending many more years "in partnership" with them. We highly recommend this property.

Cheryl, we wanted to let you know how pleased we are with all the updates you have made in the condo... the tiled floors and TVs are great additions since our October visit. We really appreciate how you care for your place and make it so very welcoming and homey for your guests. As we mentioned yesterday we also are thrilled with the improved view of the intercoastal. We have been going to My Beach house for 5 years now. We love it there, it is like being at home. The condo is very clean and nicely furnished. It is a short walk to the beach and we love the beautiful sunset. We pack up the wagon and stay for the day. The pool area is very inviting. We like to sit out on the deck and look out at the inter coastal water. We highly recommend My Beach house. We will continue to visit each year! Thank you Cheryl and Jim for your wonderful place.

We had a wonderful stay at your condo. It was absolutely beautiful and had all the necessities anyone could ever want for a day at the beach. I would highly recommend this impeccable condo and would absolutely return if I'm in the region. When choosing I was a little worried about not getting a place directly on the beach, but after spending a week there, I would not consider any other spot! Thanks for a great week!
