'Can Pedro' is in a small community of 10 houses within 'Club Calimera/Delfin Playa'. At the moment 'the Club' is closed so Bar Es Vedra, the diving centre and on site mini market are not open. It is still possible to play tennis and 5 a side football, by calling in at 'the Office' to pay. The nearest bar is 7minutes walk away on Cala Codolar Beach or 5minutes drive to Cala Conta.
Can Pedro is available all year round and with its wood burning fireplace will give you cosy comfort and joy from Autumn to Spring . Can Pedro's south facing aspect means the house is bathed in winter's sunshine during the day and as the sun goes down, light the fire and enjoy. The elements can be raw outside and you will be in touch with nature which is all in front of you as you stand in awe on the patio looking at the powerful sea and splendour of the landscape, seascape and sunsets. B.A has direct flights from London City Airport to Ibiza all year round, so enjoy the unique beauty of Ibiza out of season, in this simply special location.
Can Pedro is within a complex called 'Club Delfin'/Club Calimera - you can look this up on the internet. It is about 30 years old and consists of a hotel with hotel accomodation in the summer consisting of low rise and attractive houses scattered throughout the site and which offers all inclusive holidays and has a restaurant and bar that 'non residents' of the hotel can attend/subject to payment etc.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS YEAR 2014, THE CLUB HAS BEEN BOUGHT BY NEW OWNERS. IT IS CURRENTLY CLOSED AND IS AWAITING REFURBISHMENT, SO NONE OF THE CLUB'S FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE other than tennis at 10euros per hour. Then there are private detached houses and also a 'Community' of ten houses with a shared swimming pool. Can Pedro is one of these 10 houses.
Cala Codolalar is accessible from the site and is a 7 minute walk from 'Can Pedro' via some steps: half way down which is a wedding venue called 'Elixir'. Outside the complex is a bus stop from which a bus to San Antonio can be caught; Please note this service may not be in operation due to the Club's current closure.
Cala Codolar is situated seven kilometres from Sant Josep de sa Talaia, located between sa Figuera Borda and Cala Corral, as well as in the surroundings of the village of Club Delfín, and the marina of Coralmar.
Cala Codolar Beach with it's tan colored sand and pebble surface is peaceful and calm. It is just a 5 -7 minute walk away from the house via steps leading down to the beach. Half way down the steps is the beautiful Wedding Venue of 'Elixir'. Once down on the beach, it is a good place to escape the rat-race and lie back and enjoy nature and a drink at the beach bar.
The marine and underwater conditions for anchoring boats are excellent in this bay. The nearest bus stop is located just outside the entrance to Club Delfin but may not be in operation during the Club's 'closure'
The award winning beach of Cala Conta is to the north of the property and only a 5 minute drive with Cala Bassa a further 10.
On site community facilities which are still available during the Club's closure include tennis courts, football pitch and a volley ball court.
