Attractive, comfortable, quiet room. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants at Rosemary Beach. Plus, there are many restaurants and stores on-site. Property owner provided all information in a friendly manner, and everything was exactly as she described. I would gladly reserve this room again.

We stayed here in August and absolutely loved the place. The lagoon pool was great. The beach was beautiful and the condo was nice and very reasonable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Absolutely loved it! It was nice and private and I loved the whole community setting. We highly recommend this place. Thanks so much for the wonderful place to stay.

We loved this condo! It was very convenient to the area. Transportation to the beach and pool was very nice. It was very clean and is much larger than what it looks like in pictures. We will definitely make a trip back!

This is a very affordable way to vacation amoung the upscale beach homes that rent for $2,500 - $3,500 a week in the Rosemary/Seacrest Beach area.

We had a wonderful stay, unit was clean and So pretty, the pool was great, so close to the water and were able to walk to shops, we will return again, owner was very nice ad well.

This is a beautiful unit with a great view of the ocean..it was just perfect. And a perfect location, able to walk to Rosemary Beach and all the wonderful restaurants and shops. The owner was so easy to work with..we had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Condo in Amazing Area

Living on a Beach in Los Angeles, I wasn't expecting anything different. But the Gorgeous White Sand and crystal clear water in Rosemary was stunning. My boyfriend and I went to visit family and stayed in this condo. It was perfect for us. Modern decor, and close to the beach, shops, restaurant, and bike rental. I would recommend this to anyone.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. The room was the perfect size for the two of us and included everything we needed. The location was perfect--less traffic at this end of 30a, but close enough to ride bikes everywhere. I would've given this stay five stars except for a few things. The room was not as clean as I felt it should be. The bathroom had little specks of blood by the toilet paper holder and behind the toilet and hairs in the drawers and shower. The dishes under the sink were hit and miss--some clean, some not. It looked like everything had been cleaned very hurriedly. In fact, we noticed on our way out that the cleaning supply closet had been left unlocked and slightly open. Also, there are almost no directions to anything at the Village or surrounding area. We didn't know where the pool access was and the tram did not run at all until Saturday (yes, we waited for it--never came). We had trouble finding our room because the building was marked G (in very small letters that blend in with the building), but the rooms were marked B, so it was a bit confusing. The elevator is in the back of the building, which we didn't notice at first. We looked for a luggage rack to help carry our suitcases, but couldn't find one. We found out why on the way up--the workers were using them to carry tools. We had to hold doors open for the village workers while we struggled with all of our suitcases so they could wheel the only luggage carts right by us! Still, for the price we paid the room was more than acceptable. Sylvia's directions to the building were adequate, but I would suggest walking directions to the beach access (it is through a different condo's access, so not easy to find at all) and perhaps a map of the area to help people find their way around. I would stay here again, but only because I now know the area and wouldn't encounter the same difficulties as before.

Owner response:I appreciate the feed back on your stay. I have contacted my cleanng company to make sure they take the extra time to make sure every room is spotless. The suggestion of better beach directions will be included in future check packets. I also forwarded this response to the owner of the cleaning company that I use. After she read these comments the crew that cleaned this unit was fired from her company to insure that I no longer have these types of issues. Owner/Sylvia

Perfect for a young family

We booked this unit for a weekend trip and can't wait to go back! The space is compact, but just big enough for what we needed. We have 2 small children (4 and 19 months) so the 4 year old slept on one of the fold-outs and we brought a pack-n-play for the baby, but when she's older, she can use the other fold-out. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The best part of the visit was the amenities. The heated pool was just warm enough for the little ones to get to swim and we can't wait to go back when it's warm enough to use the HUGE resort pool. There are bicycle rentals on-site and a couple of restaurants. The town of Rosemary beach is just minutes away, with shops, more restaurants, etc and there are other cute villages within minutes.
