Vacation in luxury in our beautiful slope-side condo steps from the new high-speed gondola with great south-facing ski slope views in the heart of the River Run Village. The Village comes alive with skiers, shoppers and others enjoying Keystone. The covered private deck provides perfect views of the ski mountain and the new powder! You can sit on the deck and grill up lunch or dinner on the Gas BBQ Grill while you watch everyone else drive home. Our condo is a larger 1-bedroom unit with 11-foot ceilings, a deck overlooking the ski slopes and the snake river and a 37" FLAT PANEL TV with TIVO! This unit is our second home and is lovingly maintained with quality furniture, new appliances, new luxury bedding, new paint and the added touches of home.
This unit sleeps four comfortably, with an oversized bedroom featuring a sitting area, featherbed with a down comforter, ski slope views when you awake and a telescope for mountain viewing. The living room features a queen-sized sofa bed, gas fireplace, home theater system with TIVO and high-speed Internet access with wireless capabilities. The kitchen is fully equipped. A market is in the Arapahoe Lodge building condo, where you can find groceries, snacks and Keystone souveneirs.
Our condo is in Arapahoe Lodge, which is a newer building with many luxury amenities in the heart of dining, shopping and events in the exciting River Run Village. It is the perfect place to relax but still enjoy the excitement of the River Run Village. The Arapahoe Lodge is less than 50 feet from the new high-speed 8 passenger gondola and features high-speed Internet, heated outdoor pool/hot tubs, heated garage, ski lockers, grocery store/liquor stores, and the ski list pass office. You also will have access to fitness center.
If your rental dates don’t include a Friday or Saturday night stay, then we offer a 15%-off mid-week discount!
Cancellations: Refund minus $25 if cancelled one month or longer before reservation first day. No refund if cancelled within one month unless unit becomes rented for the cancelled time period. A damage deposit of $150 is required which will be returned after check out minus any damage.

We bought this property to enjoy the ski slopes of Keystone. What we found out was the summers are as much fun if not more fun than the winter in Keystone. The amount of activities are endless and one can never get bored while staying in River Run.
