Pa’ani means to play, sport, game, or amusement. "Pa’ani at Princeville" is the perfect name for my well appointed vacation home on the 3rd hole & 4th tee of the Princeville Makai Lakes Course with its nearby trail to Anini Beach. Pa'ani is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in one of the best locations for enjoying all the North Shore of Kauai has to offer. Drive to 20 beaches within 5 - 20 minutes and walk the 10 minute trail down to beautiful quiet Anini beach. The living room and patio have views of the ocean, mountains and golf course. There is a separate loft area off the master bedroom with a queen size futon, so it can sleep up to 6. The pool is close by for cooling off after a hard day of play and there is a jetted tub in the master bath for relaxing your happy muscles. It has a very well appointed kitchen & has just been beautifully remodeled with all stainless steel appliances, travertine tile floors on the first floor and hardwood floors upstairs. I love coming to Kauai to play & relax and my vacation home reflects that. I have beautiful photos of the island beaches, books on Kauai, and a guide with info & tips for golf, beach sport rentals & lots of fun things to do.
I have tried to make Pa'ani extremely comfortable for after that day on the course or the beach or exploring Kauai. You can relax in comfort, have a great meal, then read a book or watch the tube, together in the living room or do you own thing & the kids or your friends can do theirs. There is wireless access, a large flat screen T.V. in the living room & master bedroom and T.V.in the downstairs bedroom.
This North facing End Unit has three sided ventilation giving that late afternoon comforting tradewind breeze & ceiling fans in all the rooms. It has a clean open expansive feel. This is one of best locations in Princeville because it is so close to Anini (no cther condo project is closer) & right next to the Westin for cocktails or dinner. It is on the golf course (even if you don't play you will appreciate the beautiful spacious green area & views) and it is a quick drive out of Princeville to get to all the other beaches.
