The Port of Galilee is a ten minute walk by the beach and road. You will find restaurants, gift shops, fish markets, as well as the Block Island ferries and the fishing fleet. You can buy fish, lobsters, and crabs right from the boats you saw go by your window that morning, you can't buy any fresher than that!! You might want to catch your own fish on one of the many charter boats!
There is plenty to do to keep busy, OR you might just want to relax on your private beach and just watch the sunset! An ideal family vacation spot, or for couples who want to just quietly relax and have a romantic setting!
