Our two bedroom, two bath, beautifully decorated, ocean view condominium is located in the prestigious Palms at Minorca condominium community. Our smoke-free condominium, personally decorated in sunny, red and golden hues, offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that will provide a relaxing, memorable get-away vacation that will leaving you begging for more.
The queen-size master suite is complete with sitting area and master bath with walk-in closet, his and her vanities, and over-sized tub and shower. The guest room features twin beds and its own private bath. The living room features a sleeper sofa and big screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full range of cooking utensils, barware, and brand new GE appliances (Microwave, Glass Cooktop Stove, Dishwasher, Side-by-Side Refrigerator, Ice Maker). Right off the kitchen, we have created a bistro area for morning coffee and breakfast and a writing desk to take care of personal matters and correspondence to friends back home.
All inclusive in this beachside home away from home is an exquisite clubhouse, Har-Tru lighted tennis courts, private marina, swimming pools and private beach access. The Minorca community is also gated with 24 hour security. All of these features are nestled quietly between the the Intercoastal and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. Only minutes away, walk through a nature reserve or browse the quaint shops in downtown New Smyrna.
New Smyrna Beach is a quaint town with waterfront seafood restaurants, surrounding marinas, deep-sea fishing charters, casino cruises, nature preserve, and the Ponce Inlet fishing jetty - all just minutes away.
On days where you want to wander a little farther, take a ride up the road to the Daytona Beach International Speedway or visit the Orlando area attractions, like Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios to name a few. For a trip that is out of this world, visit the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Center, only an hour away.
Neither our words nor pictures can truly convey how much our family enjoys our condominium - early morning golf, an afternoon at the beach, and sitting out on the balcony counting stars at night. Visit our condominium once and we truly believe you will want to come back again and again.

Place was nice family enjoy the pool also pool table tennis courts the beach was great just to be able to relax was the best part. Thanks again will be back next july

Although I had a last-minute accident and was unable to make use of our planned rental of the condo, I think it important to comment on the helpful and caring owners. They were prompt in returning our deposit cheque, helped with paperwork to finalize our trip cancellation claim and showed concern about my pending surgery and progress. We hope to be able to rent from them in the future and only wish all owners were as great.

My family just visited this gorgeous condo in Minorca. We had a fabulous time and are already planning another trip. Minorca was a very family friendly community. The kids loved playing in the pool and spa. They also loved going for walks on their many sidewalk paths. In the evening the dolphins swim right up to the docks. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. Steve and his wife are easy to work with and truly care about the satisfaction of your stay. We had such a relaxing and fun vacation.

Condo is very clean and spacious. Close to park at Ponce Inlet and not far from Flagler Avenue restaurants, shops and boutiques. Pool is beautiful as is the property. Very secure location. Looking forward to a return visit!

The Condo was clean and tidy when we in. It was well equiped and all we had to do was by the food for the month that we stayed. I liked the fact that it was a gated community and we never had to worry about locking the car or making sure that it was emply. The people in Minorica were friendly and the area was alway clean and pick-up It was also nice to be close to the Ocean. I would will return.
