The master bedroom offers a lovely second story view onto the courtyard. Master bath includes two sinks and vaulted ceilings. A loft off of the master bedroom can be used for office or work-out space. The main-floor guest bedroom also has a queen sized bed.
The living room is a delightful vaulted conversation area, with a wood burning fireplace and TV with DVD and VHS player. The mission style sofa is also a hide-a-bed. The mirrored dining room adds to the spacious feeling.
The large kitchen is fully furnished; a separate laundry room contains a full-sized washer and dryer. All linens are included. Enjoy the large fully furnished patio accented with beautiful flowering desert plants and a lighted umbrella over your patio table. All you need to do is bring yourself and your suitcase.
Near Sunrise and Sabino Canyon Road, this "villa" is quietly tucked away in walking distance to Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, a part of the Catalina National Forest. The area offers recreation for hikers, joggers, bikers, bird watchers, and photographers. Tucson is known for its many golf courses and Mt. Lemmon, a short drive away, also offers skiing in the winter.
