Situated in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, just 200 yards from the Snow Park lift, this 2 year old three bedroom, four bath condominium is located in the Silver Baron Lodge, immediately adjacent to The Lodges at Deer Valley.
Silver Baron Lodge has a 24 hour front desk, complimentary shuttle service throughout Deer Valley and the Park City area and shares amenities with The Lodges next door, including a General Store, Ski Rental Shop, 24 hour fitness center and business services, including a FedEx center. Silver Baron Lodge offers heated complimentary underground parking.
Our condominium is approximately 2200 square feet, exceptionally well appointed and spacious, with a rustic contemporary feel and historical details reminiscent of the silver mining heritage of the valley. It sleeps eight comfortably and, with its four full bathrooms, provides our guests with all the upscale comforts of home.
Our professionally decorated condominium, with its coordinated window treatments and bedding, signals the first class elegance of this most special place!
A large great room is the centerpiece of our condominium and a comfortable gathering place for our guests at all times of the day. The great room has vaulted beamed ceilings, wide plank black walnut flooring, an impressive floor to ceiling stone fireplace with built-in LCD television and comfortable leather furniture.
Open the doors to the balcony off of the great room and soothe your aching muscles in our private hot tub, with a panoramic view of Deer Valley.
One of the sofas in the great room converts to a queen-size bed and the full bath next to the great room affords a private bath for any of our guests sleeping in the great room. A stacked washer/dryer is located in this guest bath.
Adjacent to the great room is our gourmet kitchen. In this well appointed kitchen, you will enjoy preparing simple or lavish meals for your family. The long kitchen counter provides seating for four and our nearby dining table seats six.
The master bedroom has its own stone fireplace, which is directly opposite the king size bed and two bedside tables. Like the rest of the condominium, it boasts vaulted beamed ceilings and has a TV/DVD player tucked away in an attractive armoire. It also has a desk and chair and plenty of cabinet space for all of your travel essentials.
The master bath is total luxury! Natural slate tile covers the floor, the glass enclosed steam shower and separate whirlpool tub. The double vanity has a granite countertop, with plenty of storage space beneath. For added privacy, the water closet is separated by pocket doors from the rest of the master bathroom.
The second bedroom is located behind the kitchen and also has vaulted beamed ceilings, a king-size bed, bedside tables, desk and chair and a TV/DVD player inside of an armoire. In addition, the second bedroom also has its own stone fireplace directly opposite the bed to provide mountainside ambiance and warmth after a long day of skiing. This bedroom is equipped with its own galley, including a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The private bath adjoining the second bedroom includes a granite topped vanity and slate and marble glassed-in shower area.
The third bedroom also has vaulted beamed ceilings, a king-size bed, bedside tables and TV/DVD player in an armoire. It has a large cabinet for clothes storage, as well as a galley with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Its private adjoining bathroom features a granite topped vanity, slate flooring, as well as a separate water closet. This bedroom has an extra large closet adjoining the bathroom.
The first class nature of Deer Valley is evident from the moment the ski valets meet you to unload your equipment. Remember, NO SNOWBOARDING IS ALLOWED on Deer Valley Mountain and its long, groomed trails are known throughout the world. You will quickly see why Ski Magazine ranked Deer Valley Resort as America’s best ski resort in 2001,2005,2007,2008 and again in 2009!
On Deer Valley Mountain, you will certainly want to visit the charming Silver Lake Village and the five star Stein Eriksen Lodge. Deer Valley Resort is minutes from Park City Mountain Resort and the Canyons Resort, while other ski areas (Alta, Snow Bird, Brighton, Solitude and Sundance) are located within 25 to 40 minutes of Deer Valley. Salt Lake City and the airport is a short 40 minute ride away!
For dining and shopping, your stay at our condo puts you within one mile of a great selection of restaurants and shops located at Park City’s Main Street District. First class restaurants, art galleries and boutiques await you in this the home of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. Main Street is an easy drive by car or you can take the complimentary Park City shuttle or the Silver Baron shuttle.
This is a non-smoking and pet free condominium, with cable television service throughout and wireless high speed internet access. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional charge.
We will gladly accept VISA and Master Card, but must charge an additional 3% processing charge if you want to use your credit card.
