This dream location is on an elevated position overlooking the 14 th Hole of the Jack Nicklaus golf course. With the south west facing pool this Villa is a truely heavenly spot, special for an outdoor family BBQ and relaxing with friends poolside in the evening sunset.
The property has just been completely upgraded by an interior design team and the entire Villa has been newly furnished for the Summer 2012 Rental Season.
Situated on Muirfield Loop this custom built Mediterranean Villa style home will provide every luxury and amenity that you could possibly desire. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished including flat screen TV's. On the ground floor at the front of the home is a King Master Suite bedroom with a bathroom offering a tub/shower combination.
The living area includes a beautiful Gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel GE Monogram appliances, Butler pantry, Granite counter tops and breakfast bar, adjacent is the formal dining area which also overlooks the tranquil side courtyard patio. This courtyard has its own BBQ and summer kitchen. It has North facing aspect and ideal for a cooler outdoor dining experience away from the more formal grand dining room table. One of this homes hidden treasures is the movie theatre and games room which will provide hours of fun and entertainment for the young and youthful adults. The fully equipped laundry room is also found on the ground floor.
The family Great room has been designed incorporating a 51' Samsung HD Plasma TV with Blue-Ray DVD, comfortable sofas and additional seating with access and views of the pool deck and golf course view beyond. The Second large master suite is located off the Great room, this bathroom has a corner jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and vanity. There is also a guest powder room adjacent to the Great room.
There is a wonderful covered Patio accessed from the Great room and is equipped with fans, patio seating, outdoor dining furniture and an large impressive Weber BBQ. This is an ideal location to monitor kids in the pool while relaxing with spectacular golf views throughout the day. It is amazingly beautiful and romantic in the evening at sunset, ideal for that pre-dinner poolside cocktail.
On the first floor to the rear of the home are three further bedrooms, one having two queen beds and the others are both master King suites. All three first floor bedrooms have private access to the first floor rooftop balcony terrace which has breathtaking views across the Nicklaus golf course and resort.

Our time spent in Orlando at this beautiful Villa was truly lovely. We all agreed, it was the Villa that actually made our vacation experience the best it could possibly be. We loved the home, the light airy neutrals of each room, the openness, the convenient top of the line appliances, and especially the magnificent view of the evening sunsets. (The one and only distraction of the Villa was having to remember to hit the button on the wall in order to stop the sound of going outside to the pool) We used the convenient, Reunion water park one afternoon. Although crazy busy with people and quite difficult to acquire an inner tube for the lazy river, we did enjoy the sun and bar. We didn't have time for other local facilities which included tennis and golf since our time was spent roaming the Disney theme parks. One night the family gathered in the Villa's entertainment room where we watched a movie and ate popcorn. Two separate outdoor grills with two separate outdoor eating areas provided amazing cook outs. A large grocery store was very convenient to the Villa. Jeeves Management was very helpful with any questions I had, including the fact that we were allowed a late check out. We discovered one small restaurant near by called Paris Express Cafe. Great creeps and fresh ratatouille. The Bohemian Bar and Grill in Celebration was another great discovery. I want to compliment, most of all, the owners of this lovely Villa. Colette provided continuous emails, loaded with detailed information and helpful advise. Thank you so much! This Villa is a little piece of heaven in the middle of Orlando. We arranged a family get together at this beautiful Villa on the Reunion Resort during March. We were joined by my brother and his family of four from Philadelphia during our stay. The Villa was beyond our expectations, spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, stylish and with every modern convenience. The children particularly loved the cinema/games room and the pool. Recommend, Sea World is amazing, our highlight was feeding the Dolphins breakfast. We will definitely be returning. A great place to stay! The owners are beyond helpful and make you feel like a family friend! They gave us lots of advice before we even arrived ... weather, golf, parks etc. Even when we arrived and had a question about the villa, my email was answered within hours! We did call the management company once and they were also extremely responsive. The reunion resort has so many facilities and restaurants you really need more than a week to fully explore! Getting to the local parks (Disney and Universal) is easy and really doesn't take long at all. It's well worth the few mins ride to be able to leave the parks to relax at the villa. Even being there in April we opted for pool heat which allowed us to swim well into the evening ... and even on a rainy day! The villa has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Stayed at the Mediterranean Villa as a family of 6 (4 teenage children) and could not have been more pleased. The house is beautifully decorated and with all the comforts of home. Being a fun loving family the X box and especially the new Madden 13 game were a big treat for the kids in the evening in the games/theatre room. The pool deck patio was perfect for an evening BBQ and for the family to gather. The kitchen is huge, well stocked and being open plan was the center of activity on the ground floor. The location could not be more ideal, close to I-4 which takes you to Disney, Universal and Espn Sports complex. We will definitely return to this wonderful property for another family vacation. My wife and I have rented many vacation homes with our two children. The villa looks fantastic. The pool was the highlight for our kids. They would swim first thing in the morning, and end our busy days with a swim. The area is very safe and secure and very quiet. It was a great respite from Disney. Staying at the Mediterranean Villa in December 2012 for five days and this was a great base for us guys on our annual golfing trip. For anyone planning a vacation and playing golf in the Orlando the area what better a base. This villa with 3 PGA courses on the doorstep. This dream Villa is an absolute joy to stay in. Every detail is attended to and it is very comfortable. The pool looks over the 14 th hole on the legend's corner and is a particular pleasure as the location is private and peaceful. Everyone just relaxed. We all felt so much at home. About the owner: We live in Ireland and were introduced to Reunion when staying on vacation at the Resort with my sister and her family. Enjoyed every moment. Grew up with some great links golf, but really the weather and Disney made Reunion a unique family treat. We had traveled to many world locations on holiday. However, kept returning to the Reunion Resort. Great location for all ages, Waterpark, Tennis, Golf, relax by the pool or go to the nearby theme parks. As active as we fell like, today!
Why the Owner Chose Reunion:
Absolutly loved the Villa at first sight, really big open plan family friendly layout. This Mediterranean Villa on the Exclusive Legends Corner was a gem of good luck in finding. We were lucky while on vacation noticed the Villa was available for sale, offer accepted.
The Villa is now decorated in a bright European Classic style, all new luxury furnishings 2012.
