This 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM single family house is located in a QUIET, FORESTED neighborhood on the northshore of beautiful Lake Tahoe. The DOG FRIENDLY house has a HUGE DECK with lots of sunshine, a PRIVATE HOT TUB, WIRELESS INTERNET, GAS FIREPLACE, and is a short walk to the nearby SWIMMING POOL.

The swimming pool, open in summer, is about 300 yards away and is available to rental guests for $30/week (or partial week) paid to the HOA. Tennis courts and a sand volleyball court are also nearby. Access to forest service land is a block away. Alpine skiing at Northstar is a scenic 15-minute drive. You can also bring your laptop computer because complimentary wireless internet access is available.

One flight of stairs leads up to the large deck and entry to the main level which has a kitchen with dining table seating six; living room with sofa sleeper(sleeps 2) and loveseat, futon with extra thick mattress (sleeps 1), 30" TV with cable, VCR and DVD, CD player/stereo, and gas fireplace; one bedroom with bunkbed(sleeps 2),full bathroom with shower/tub, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Deck furniture (summer) and gas BBQ are provided. After enjoying the lake and mountains, you can relax on the deck in the private six person Marquis Spa.

On the upper level, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed (sleeps 2 each). The front bedroom has a 25" TV with cable, VCR and DVD and sliding glass door to a small lanai. The bathroom has double sinks and a shower.

In total, the house has beds to sleep 6 and convertible beds to accommodate 3 additional overnight guests.

The semi-circular driveway in front of the house can easily park four cars (during winter, cars must be in the driveway and off the street for snow removal). Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome accompanied by responsible owners for no extra fee. Pets should not be left unattended unless properly crated. Guests must clean up after their pets both in the house and on the grounds. Two large dog beds are provided since pets are not allowed on the furniture. NO SMOKING please.
