We had a great stay. The openness of the walkway and living room allowed for a nice change of scenery from back home. The little patio with the heater was very soothing at night as well as in the day. Also, the kitchen was great. Overall, this house allowed for a very relaxing stay in Carmel and it is in a perfect walking distance from the beach. Thank you!

The property was beautifully furnished with excellent facilities. We especially liked the kitchen which had everything and was newly remodeled. The property was located conveniently to downtown Carmel although it was a brisk walk mostly uphill on the way in. Overall, we would stay there again in a heartbeat..

this rental property was fantastic! we loved the location and charm of the neighborhood. the home is very comfortable and welcoming. we especially appreciated the newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen. it was exactly what we expected and then some. we entertained a few times and loved the front patio. the owner is especially helpful and accommodating. we would stay at this property again!

We had a great stay here at BeachWalk. We enjoyed going down to the beach, eating at Mission Ranch, and driving to Santa Cruz for a day at the boardwalk and beach. We have family who live right down the road so it was wonderful to be so clos to them. The house was very comfortable and we would deifnitely come again.

Very comfortable house...perfect for our little stay in Carmel. Great location...easy walk to town or beach. Great meals at Demetra's, Hula's in Monterey, Restaurante Luca and Cafe Napoli. Pricey but unbelievable views for lunch at Nepenthe in Big Sur.

Our 4th year at BeachWalk was every bit as enjoyable as the first, second and third- perhaps more so as the boys are older and easier. It is with somewaht heavy hearts that we pack and return home. Here for 21 days and the U.S. Open. This is our sixth visit to Carmel and our 1st to BeachWalk. Wev'e had a wonderful time and have been making the requisite looks at available property as we always do when we are here. Highlights: Our oldest learning to body surf in the icy waters, dinner at Casanova, running around the beautiful downtown park, playing at Dennis the Menace playground in Monterey, Point Lobos and Big Sur hikes, multiple aquarium visits, walking Pebble Beach during the U.S. Open....so much. Austin, TX.

Wev'e had a wonderful stay, unfortunately it ended too soon. The home had everything that we could want, youv'e thought of everything- it truly is a home. We love Carmel, how blessed you are to live here. We drove by Big Sur, visited the waterfall at Phieffer Beach, ate at Nepenthe and walked several trails at Point Lobos. Also enjoyed Lovers Point Park @ Pacific Grove. One of the highlihts of the stay was a sail on the "Bella" with Capt. Christian. He usually leaves from Monterey but on the 15th we left from Stillwater Cove and got to enjoy the pier opening party with some very friendly people. Not only is Carmel beautiful but we found the people to be also. We met many very friendly people who were anxious to share their wonderful city with us. Chateau Julien winery was fun. We got to "taste" while we toured. All in all, a wonderful trip. We will definitely be back to Carmel and hopefully to Beach Walk.

What a wonderful stay our second time here! Our son, who was two and a half the first time, is now five, and our daughter(almost 2) had a wonderful time. How wonderful to find such a lovely home as we joined friends from Washington, D.C. They were here on business at the Naval Post Graduate School, and just didn't want to stayin a hotel on the beach. Almost Spring! Here it is spring - at home 5" of snow. Great house! The oven is a true classic-works great though. Our new favorite restaurant -Dametra Cafe - good Mediterranean and Greek food. Be sure to try the Baklava. We left some night lights - Carmel nights are really dark. We hope to return in a year or two - we certainly will contact you first. Susan & Dan Knight

Phil, Thanks so much for your great hospitality. Despite some rain showers, we had a chance to walk to the two nearby beaches and marveled at the stark contrasts. We also walked the few hundred yards to Mission Ranch, for a great dinner. No designated driver needed. Beachwalk's wireless internet was a snap and your list of local restaurants was helpful. The kids enjoyed a day at the local aquarium and Village Corner is a great place to eat, any time of day or night. Most of all, we enjoyed the lunch you arranged for us at the Pebble Beach Tennis Club. Prices were reasonable, view was magnificent and kids were welcome. All in all, a great getaway. We'll be back. I wanted to do something special for my husband for our 40th wedding anniversary. Since he loves to golf, what better gift than Pebble Beach! Then fate led me to your home, Dotti and Phil. I was on the internet looking for a special inn or B&B and then VRBO popped up and I was led to BeachWalk. During our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed taking in the beauty of the California coast. Lunch at the Beach Club was a wonderful experience...thankyou for the reservation. In Carmel, we enjoyed romantic dinners at the Mission Ranch and the Forge in the Forest. Katy's was great for breakfast. Frank will remember his golf experience at Pebble Beach forever! I especially enjoyed the beautiful front patio when Frank was golfing.
