Enjoy the best snow on earth as you ski home and into the hot tub at our newly remodeled historic home at 421 Park Avenue. The historic home is located just steps away from Main Street, within walking distance to all the Main Street shopping, theater, shopping, nightlife, and the town chairlift.
For those that plan to venture outside the immediate area, there is free transportation to Deer Valley, The Canyons, The Park City Ski Resort, Olympic Park, Kimball Junction, or The Outlet Mall. Simply walk to the bus stop on Heber Ave, or take the Main Street Trolley, to the transportation center and you're off ... for free!
If you come to visit during the summer months, the mountain bike, road bike and hiking trails are endless. You'll be able to come home to relax on the beautiful patio deck with amazing water feature, unwind in the outdoor hot tub, or stroll down Main Street.

This house is absolutely perfect in every way: charming, comfortable, stylish, and only one block from all of the city's best restaurants and a just few blocks from the Town Lift. We have come back to this home 3 years in a row, are sad every time that we have to leave. We hope to stay here many more times!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is perfectly situated for those who want to access Main Street (1 block) and the Town Lift (appx 5 blocks), where skis can be rented on the walk to the lift. The house was welcoming and clean on arrival. Everything worked throughout our stay, including the appliances, TV/internet, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, and hot tub. The owner was extremely friendly, responsive, and accommodative. We would stay here again, and recommend it to others.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We stayed here as part of a group of 6 adults in March 2008 and had a lovely time. The convenient location and luxury appointments were all we could hope for and more. You really are right in the middle of it all, with easy access to the town lift, shuttles to Deer Valley and dozens of restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay here again in the years to come!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We have stayed at this beautiful property multiple occasions and in different seasons. This historic property is superbly located in the heart of Old Town, literally steps (downhill) to the center of Main Street, its shops, restaurants and "vibe". Though it dates to the turn of the century, a recent renovation assures all modern and expected conveniences while preserving the historic feel. We are a family of five and enjoyed plenty of room for ourselves and for entertaining. One memorable New Year's celebration comes to mind. This is a delightful, "turn-key" destination. We appreciated the designated parking space, and also used the exceptional local bus service which will sweep you to any of the local ski areas, restaurants, etc. Lori has been a terrific hostess, and the VRBO system is very smooth. In fact, we had had such nice adventures in Park City, we bought a similar home just up the street! You can't miss with this property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This house is great for anyone who wants to be close to Main Street and the mountains! The house is in excellent condition - warm, cozy and comfortable. We were three adults and the size and layout of the home met our needs perfectly. Could have easily fit 2/3 more people. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival date will be refunded but will incur a $100 handling fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival date will forfeit entire payment unless dates are resold, when payment will be refunded minus a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made for late check-in or early departure, unless previously arranged.
DEPOSITS: A credit card deposit is required to hold the reservation. This credit card information will be held as a security depost and only charged if there is damage or loss to the house.
PAYMENTS: Full payment will be charged to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
TAX & FEE: An Additional $130 cleaning fee, 11% Utah sales tax, and a 3% transaction fee will be included in your final payment.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: Check-in time is after 3:00 pm on arrival day. Check-out time is before 11:00 am on departure day.

Many vacationers think staying at the resorts, maybe even ski in/out, is the best way to go. As a Park City local for over 10 years, I can promise you that staying in Old Town is the place to be. We have 3 ski resorts to enjoy in Park City, 9 ski resorts in the state of Utah and they are all setup for you to drive, park and ski. However, everybody goes into Old Town at night, because that's where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. You'll laugh at everyone scrambling in their cars trying to find a place to park, as you walk down and back to Main Street from your house.
