The Inn at Crystal Beach is located on Scenic Highway 98 East in Destin, Florida. Crystal Beach is directly across from the Mid-Bay Bridge that connects Niceville, Florida to Destin, Florida. This gulf-front property is one of the most sought after condo complexes in Destin, as it is conveniently located to the best that Destin has to offer. Shopping, dining, water sports, water parks, outlet malls, sports facilities, golf and tennis are all just a few minutes away.
The Inn at Crystal Beach is the closest Gulf-front property to the Destin Commons shopping center. One can simply walk to the Bass Pro Shops and 17 screen Rave/ IMAX Motion Picture Theater, located within this fabulous outdoor shopping and dining center, which is consistently voted as the "Best of the Emerald Coast."

It is a casual dining experience with fine Florida seafood and Louisiana flavors. A fine dining restaurant, Camille's, is just one block away and is renowned for its sushi. The second floor fitness center provides fantastic views of the gulf, so you can watch the waves as you work out!. The accommodations are nothing less than the very best.
This upscale 6th floor 1640 sq. ft. gulf-front unit (#605) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has features that rival any penthouse--3D-HDTVs, high thread count linens, 2 bedrooms with King beds, designer towels, and overhead lighting are just a few features that separate it from the rest. It is located in the exclusive "middle stack" (those with larger balconies and greater views) of The Inn at Crystal Beach, providing one of the most panoramic balcony views of the Gulf of Mexico that can be found in this prestigious complex and perhaps all of Destin! There are HDTVs with cable including some movie channels as well as upconversion DVD players in the living room and in the guest bedrooms (the master has a DVR with many movies preloaded). ALL bedrooms have I-Home/ I-Pod docking stations and overhead lighting with plenty of lamps as well. The condo furnishings offer the feel of the Islands featuring beautiful furniture, fans, beach accents, and extremely comfortable beds.
The living area has a sliding glass door that leads out to the large balcony that has brand new patio furniture including a dining table, 4 chairs, and 2 other chairs with a small table-just right for watching the sunset with your favorite beverage. The brand new leather sofa and 2 chairs in the den provide a great area to gather around after a wonderful day at the beach. A 46 inch Samsung 3D Smart TV/HDTV with cable and movie channels as well as Blu-Ray player are the perfect fix for entertainment in the evening.
The full sized kitchen with new appliances has everything that you need on an extended vacation. The dining area seats 8 comfortably at the dining room table, and seating for 3 more are in barstools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is also fully stocked with quality appliances and cooking utensils, as well as a brand new front loading washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a pillow-top King-sized bed, 40 inch Samsung 3D Smart TV/HDTV with cable and movie channels, and HD DVR loaded with movies. It has wonderful east views through a sliding glass door to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. It also has a customized walk-in closet with plenty of shelves and drawers, and a private bathroom with ample counter space, a jetted Roman tub, and a separate shower.
The second bedroom has a pillow-top King-sized bed with a 26 inch HDTV with cable and movie channels and a DVD player. The cusomized closets in all bedrooms have plenty of shelves for storage. The third bedroom has a set of Twin beds with brand new mattresses/box springs with a 19 inch HDTV with cable and movie channels and DVD player. We can accommodate 8 comfortably with the addition of a brand new daybed with trundle located in our owners' closet which is like having a 4th bedroom. There is a Wii gaming system with a 19 inch HDTV in the owners' closet with a DVD player and ample DVDs to choose from after a long day at the beach.
High Speed Wireless Internet service is complimentary to our renters, and the office in our unit is just the place to catch up on your emails.

We have had some upgrades since this video was made in "06, but it still may provide you with an idea of what our unit looks like, and you can see our beautiful beach. Upgrades since then are: King bed in 2nd bedroom (instead of Queen), new HDTVs/DVD players throughout the unit, new appliances in the kitchen, new fixtures and door knobs throughout, new furniture in living room, new patio furniture, newly painted throughout in light neutral tone, and overhead lighting.
This unit is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 10am. We hope you choose to enjoy this piece of paradise, our home away from home, as much as we have!
There is a separate charge by the resort upon check-in--a one-time $50 booking fee plus $15/nt amenities fee.

My wife and I have been coming to Destin, Florida since the 1970s and we have always enjoyed the sugar white beaches and sparkling emerald green waters that make Destin so special. In 2003, we made a deliberate decision to relocate making Destin our home. Subsequently, we purchased a condominium at The Inn at Crystal Beach.

We had to leave this beautiful condo unit today after a five day stay. This was our first time using VRBO even though we have stayed at the Inn at Crystal Beach each September since 1999. This unit is by far our favorite one yet. We like the Crystal Beach area because our favorite shopping and dining establishments are close to the Inn. The view of the Gulf of Mexico is the best at the Inn at every time of day - sunrise, sunset and moonrise. The balcony is huge and there is plenty of seating so you can enjoy the view at any time of day without being blinded by the morning sun or cooked by the afternoon sun. This unit has everything you need to have a wonderful Destin vacation and is very spacious. It was very clean and as depicted in the photographs. The owners were very personable and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning again next September. Overall, a very enjoyable and positive experience.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family came down to visit us in AL from CT and then we travelled to Destin & spent a week at this awesome condo. Even though our trip was around the week of July 4th the beach and complex was quiet and perfect for families with young children. My children and family loved the ammenities on site the restaurant, gym, pool that is beach front is a plus for the area. Many other condos on crystal beach either dont have a pool or it is in the rear of the property.This condo is very spacious and clean. My 6 yo son used the spare office room as his own room which he loved. The master BR had plenty of space to accomodate a pack and play for my 2 yo son to sleep. The staff members were friendly and the restaurant on site is very good and affordable. The location is perfect, up the street from many stores (publix) and an awesome shopping center. We were able to avoid much of the traffic and crowds that stayed in other areas. Crystal beach is very nice and quiet. There are great restaurants nearby and a few in walking distance. Camilles a block up the street is very good. The owner was very fair, accomodating and excellent to work with. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. I did a lot of research before deciding on staying at this condo and would DEFINATELY recommend it and stay here again!

The condo is exceptionally clean, spacious, and one of the best ocean views I've experienced anywhere. My family has been going to Destin for about 25 years, and will always remember this particular place as our favorite. The owner was very helpful, courteous and displayed true desire to make our stay a special event. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT AND OWNER!

We just got back from 4 days in this unit. We enjoyed it very much. There were 5 adults and one baby and we had plenty of room. Everything is just as mentioned in the write up. The view is great and the location is perfect, not too crowded, not too empty. Thanks to the Speedlings. We hope to return.

We have been coming to Florida on Spring break for the past 10 years or so. Usually much further South however. This year we decidede for the first time to visit a new place we found, "Destin" and we couldnt have been happier. It was by far the BEST most beautiful beach we have seen...the gorgeous white sand with the texture of brown sugar..(only better!) to the crystal teal blue of the ocean color...it was remarkable. We cant wait to come back and visit Destin...the shopping too was incredible...we have never been thankful to have 2 rain days while on vacation, we made the best of it...by taking advantage of the awesome outlets down the street. We will come back year after year Lord willing! The ONLY negative we found, were the people at the front desk...they were less then friendly...and really werent in any mood to even say HI to the guests when walking by. OH WELL...we werent there to see them...right!
