Location: Lo De Marcos, Nayarit, Mexican Riviera, Mexico (40 minutes north of P.V. airport, 10 min. N. of San Pancho)

Accommodations:  Beach House, 1 Bedroom + Sleeping Porch, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 3)

A little bit Hippy, a little bit Yuppie, Way Cool Beach House.

New, rustic,comfy two-story home with tiled palapa for ocean view, whale watching and sea breezes. Located in unspoiled Lo De Marcos, (a 10 minuite drive north from San Pancho) the home is located on a private cul-de-sac across the street from the beach, around the corner from town. Large gated lot with lots of flowers and fruit trees with room for R.V. The beach is beautiful: clean, nice and is popular with local surfers.

The area reminds us of what Sayulita was like prior to the tourisim "explosion"; quiet, peaceful, mostly locals with several small R.V. parks and small hotels, yet a short drive to Sayulita, San Pancho and Ricon De Guyabitos for more services. Although it may not be for everyone, it may be just what you are looking for!
