Our condominium has recently been updated and is tastefully decorated. This is a corner unit, so you only have one common wall. We have all the comforts of home, two nice TVs with DVD players, CD stereo, DVD movie, games, and CD music collection, Free Internet, XBOX game system, fully equipped kitchen, new carpet and quality linens and pillows. The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and the second bedroom has both a queen bed and bunkbeds. The open floor plan and three decks give our condominium an airy feel. The outdoor barbecue grills, picnic and play area are just around the corner from your back door.
After a day of skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, or shopping, you can relax in the two huge indoor hot tubs and pool. Both the lobby and the pool area are newly remodeled. The property also features its own affordable bar and restaurant. There is also a fully stocked ski shop on site that offers great deals on rentals and tuning. Winter Park Resort is a eight-minute free shuttle ride or a five minute drive from the building. The free shuttle bus runs day/night throughout the Winter Park/Fraser area and picks up at our front door. The building also offers covered garage parking.

We came to Winter Park to get away from it all. The location of this condo is perfect! Our 2 kids loved the included toys! The bunk beds and indoor pool sold us after the owner worked with us perfectly to fit our schedule. We took in the 4th of July activities in closeby Grandby and Rocky Mountain National Park. Downtown Winter Park is pretty close too. Great choice & would highly recommend anyone to this condo!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

The description and pictures were on the money. This was a great condo for us and our two kids. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner was great to work with even leaving out books and toys for our kids. Our kids also enjoyed the great indoor pool and the wonderful park nearby. There are so many activities to do in and around Winter Park. We would certainly recommend for those with kids the Winter Park Resort, Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and the Georgetown Loop Railroad. Hernando's has great pizza and is very reasonably priced for a family.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our ski excursion - extremely clean and comfortable! It was also very easy to get to the slopes via shuttle service. We could even walk to restaurants and to the ski shop down the hill. We hope to stay again for our next visit. Communication with owners went exceptionally smooth and easy. They were friendly and responded to all of our questions.

This is our second year staying at this condo, and have had a great time. The beds are comfortable and the amenities at the complex are great for families. The condo has all the cooking utensils you could possible need. We cooked hot breakfasts every morning, packed our lunches for the slops, and used the crockpot for dinner. We rented our skis at their ski shop and found discount lift tickets from asking around. Everyone is so helpful.
