Don't walk, RUN and rent this property! Pics of the view do not do justice. Unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay , the Miami Beach skyline and cruise ships at "Port of Miami", terrific locale for my husbands business meetings downtown Brickell, awesome restaurants (don't miss "City Hall") and only 10 minutes across the causeway to South Beach. Don't miss "Lincoln Road" shopping and Art Deco District. Also just 5 minutes to "Bayside" open air shopping near "Port of Miami". Thanks Ron! You have a property you can certainly be proud of!

This is a really great apartment, very well maintained and furnished by Ron, who couldnt have been more helpful. The apartment has everything we needed, and then some; TVs, wifi, DVD/CD players, fully equipped kitchen and so on. The facilifties in the building are also excellent; the gym is large and very well equipped but never busy, the pool is also a good size, although it doesnt get direct sunshine until 14:00 in the winter. There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance; we liked Bin 18 for dinner and the Daily does great salads and sandwiches at lunchtime (both located on Biscayne within 1 block). Miami traffic downtown and onto Miami Beach is quite bad, the journey to South Beach was always slow, and parking is expensive whether by meter or valet (plan on $10 to $20 a day); as suggested by Ron a taxi maybe the best choice. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone.

My wife and I recently has the pleasure of spending a week in Ron's beautiful bay front condo while we were between apartments. The unit was very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We were very happy with everything. Ron was a gracious host.

Apt in great condition; location excellent, beautiful view, very accessible; many small eateries within walking distance; small, but great park across the street. Concierge was very helpful, good gym, and, valet parking makes the difference. Ron was very helpful. I highly recommend this location.

We enjoyed the pleasure of Ron's property for 16 days Feb 5-20,2011. The condo was located within walking distance to the Metromover and public transportation. There is valet service 24/7 as well as a designated parking space. The building has a great pool/hot tub and gym. It is clean and well stocked for your use. Ron was delightful to us and checked in on us several times. He thought we might have questions but he was so complete with his initial visit we found we were well satisfied. We would highly recommend this property!! Thanks Ron! Ted and Lorrie

I had a lovely time during my stay at Ron's place (4/1/10-4/9/10). I came to Miami for the week to house hunt and I am actually considering leasing a unit in this building when I permanently move to Miami. The building is in a perfect location, safe and quiet, yet close to all of the attractions. The views were spectacular and the amenities the building offered made the stay very comfortable. The apartment is stocked with everything you may need and is very clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

I recently,2/9-2/16 2010, stayed in Ron's unit and was more than pleased with everything. He was there to greet me and show me around and the unit was nicer than the photos. The building is in a great neighborhood, quiet but close to everything. The view was wonderful for both the sunrises and the city lights at night. Can't go wrong staying here.

We had a wonderful week! We stayed from 1/30/10 to 2/6/10 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo has a great view of Biscayne Bay from the living room and bedroom. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the condo was spotless, fully stocked, and had everything we needed and more. I agree with another poster that noted that the website pics do not do the place justice. You will be pleasantly surprised when you arrive. The building staff and security are great, and Ron has a prime parking spot for his guests if you do not use the complimentary valet (we did not). I am so glad we opted to stay here rather than a hotel. Ron has installed his own wireless which worked flawlessly for us. The location is very convenient with a deli within walking distance, as well as a grocery store. More restaurants and a larger Publix is a short drive away. The condo had everything we needed to prepare some of our meals at home, and things like napkins, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, etc., were all supplied, which surprised me. It was like staying at a close friend’s home. Ron is a man of high integrity and was very responsive to every email inquiry, and met us on arrival and provided very helpful info. If we are ever in Miami again, this is the only place we will stay.

A great addition to your Miami stay. If you like to bike, there is a bike rental place across Biscayne Blvd. at 1800 Biscayne. It is called something like Scoot, Skate, and bike and also has scooters and skateboards. There is also a deli on the ground floor of the condo. Great place, great location (if you are not stuck on South Beach) and great amenities.

The condo is comfortable and convenient. Easy access to Miami Beach, downtown, Coconut Grove, etc. The building staff is helpful, valet parking a plus. Good breakfast/lunch place around the corner (The Daily), several pleasant restaurants a five minute drive up Biscayne Blvd (Soyka, Sushi Siam, Andiamo, Luna Cafe). Publix Supermarket and CVS pharmacy in the same area as the restaurants. There is a shopping development (Target, West Elm, Marshalls, Linens and Things, etc) on North Miami Avenue also not far away. We had a good time.

This is a lovely place to stay in Miami. The condo is very clean and comfortable and the bed is excellent.. better than some in expensive hotels we have stayed in. The area around is being renovated and there is a great deli -The Dairy two blocks away. There's a nice wine bar and restaurant within a few minutes drive and the other areas around Miami are a very easy drive. The condo unit is quite secure and has a great pool and hot tub area. The owner Ron is very helpful.

I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in January 2007. The pictures on VRBO really don’t give justice as to how nice & beautiful this apartment really is. The owner did a great job making the place feel like home with the décor. The king-size bed is very comfortable, better than any of the top hotel’s or timeshare rentals I’ve stay in the past. The view of the bay from either living room or bedroom is the best feature; the sunrise is gorgeous. The apartment building is quite & very upscale. There’s a concierge on duty 24 hours in the lobby, so I felt very safe. The owner is very helpful and honest. If I’m back in the area again, I would stay here again or any of his properties. Please feel free to email if you have any questions.
