    Our family stayed at Pat's Place during a recent visit to Daytona Beach. We have never stayed in a vacation rental before. It was more than we expected! Condo was comfortable and well stocked for 2 adults and our small children. Pat was great to work with during reservation process.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    As our wonderful vacation comes to a close...I just want you to know that our unit gets better and better every year!! The new kitchen is beautiful!! If this condo gets any more cozy, we may never leave! The building is safe, and kept very clean. Will see you again next year for sure! Thanks Pat

    Hello Pat, we just made it home to Canada before Sandy hit the East Coast. We did have a wonderful time at the Sunglow Resort in your condo #704. You and your husband did a great job renovating it. If we stay healthy, we'll call you early next year to book the condo again for the fall.

    We have stayed at Pat's 2 Bedroom Condo 3 times. We love it there. The beach, the pier, the pool and hot tub. Very comfortable and relaxing and had everything we needed. We are going back this year with our granddaughter and hopefully staying in the one bedroom. Close to everything to see and to do. Great restaurants and local pubs and water bar/restaurants. Would recommend to everyone.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    Owner response: We are so glad that Mike and Amy will return for another stay with us this summer with their granddaughter. Guests like them make renting our condos a real pleasure!

    Very nice condo and well stocked (trash bags, detergents, sample shampoo, etc.) Location and beach access were great! Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Pat was wonderful! She was very prompt in answering when I called and she answered all my questions. I even asked her how I might buy a condo in Daytona and she was very helpful! Email replies were quick and PayPal is a fantastic way to secure payment. Would you recommend us to your friends and relatives? Yes!

    Stayed 8/23/2010 - 8/30/2010. Very nice condo, with a better view than I expected. Kitchen is equipped well enough to cook meals in. Bed was comfortable. I would recommend this condo to my friends, completely adequate for my husband and myself. TV's were on the small side, but we didn't care, we only had the LR TV on for about an hour the entire stay. The view of the pier kept us occupied watching people when we were in the condo. The only thing that was even a little bad was the toilet flushed very slow. Close enough for sightseeing trips to Daytona, St Augustine, The Light House.

    Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

    Owner response: We were glad to hear that Shirley enjoyed the views of the Atlantic while they stayed in our condo. Sunglow Pier next door does indeed provide lots of activities to watch as well as a casual restaurant and fishing. We recognized the need to replace the toilets prior to receiving this review. New toilets were installed by Lowes in both of our one bedroom condos on Tuesday, August 31st, after the busy summer rental season. We will welcome our guests back for another stay in the future!     We could not be more satisfied. Everything was great including the weather. Our landlord is the best -- she gets a A+.
