Mount Maunganui is a fantastic, white sand, beach-side, holiday town on the East Coast of the North Island, New Zealand. Imagine waking up here, looking at the surf, and then walking out the garden gate onto the eighth tee of the Mount Maunganui Golf Course.

Situated on a large elevated site at the highest point of the street you can see the famous surf beach across the road and the golf course flows from the back lawn. You will have cool comfortable living year round in a traditional Kiwi character "bach." The house has 3 bedrooms - one king-size bed, one queen, and two singles as bunks. There is a shower and toilet off the laundry area and a seperate bathroom with a shower over the bath and a basin. We have a cot, high chair and change table available on request.

This is an older style cozy and very comfortable holiday home but not what you would call modern or upmarket. The house is a single-level home with an outdoor dining area (and gas BBQ) overlooking the golf course. It is well appointed and fully equipped for long-term accommodation if required. The back garden is large and fenced. It is approximately a five-minute drive to the shopping centre and the same to the main street shopping area of Mount Maunganui, with its hot salt-water pools.
