This Villa is located in a gated community with 24 hour security and is tastefully decorated with the Mexican culture in mind. All of the floors are marble, and with granite countertops in the kitchen and alder wood cabinets, you would think you were at home. The living area is on the first floor with full kitchen, half bathroom, and large sliding door to the patio and private pool outside.
The three bedrooms are upstairs and include: a master with queen bed and private bath, and two bedrooms include, a queen bed, and two twin beds (that can be put together) and share a full bathroom. It affords you every comfort of home, television, and washer/dryer but you will be on vacation in Cabo!
A short drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas and you will have at your fingertips, restaurants, activities, the greatest fishing, and most definitely a Sunset Cruise. * For parties of eight people or more ask about our sister property next door!
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
DEPOSIT: $500 CASH refundable security deposit payable to Property Manager. Will Be Held in Lieu of Loss or Damage.
All Rates Subject to 13% Tax and $100 Cleaning Fee.
* Maid Service: weekly rentals-one time mid-week cleaning. Monthly rental, weekly cleaning mandatory, paid by tenant.
Upon Booking, 50% Advance Payment Due, Remainder Due 45 Days Prior to Arrival.
Cancellation:100% refund within 90 days, 50% refund within 60 days, no refund less than 60 days.
