Come and enjoy the worlds most beautiful beaches from our Summerhouse condominium. We have a gorgeous view from our 10th floor condominium!
Our condominium is tastefully decorated. Constantly maintained and upgraded to assure the perfect tropical getaway for you and your family. You can enjoy the ocean waves from your private balcony that opens into the living room and huge master bedroom.
Our balcony also overlooks the two pools. One is heated in the winter. There is a kiddie pool, hot tub and a gazebo. The complex is very family-oriented. There are gas grills and picnic tables at our complex.
The unit can sleep 8 guests. There are two full-size beds in the guest bedroom, a king sized bed in the master suite and also a pull out sofa in the livingroom. Each bedroom has cable TVs.

This was my first trip to PCB--I wanted to find a condo at the Summerhouse because that's where my son and his family were staying. I looked at VRBO to find a good deal for the couple of nights I could afford to be in PCB and voila! I found it! This condo!! It's beautiful--just as pictured and described in the listing--so neat and fresh and clean! Everything needed for a vacation...better than home!!! I don't know a lot about PCB, so location wasn't a major issue for me...but I found out I like the Summerhouse location better than the other end of the beach where the new pier is--there are plenty of restaurants and shopping locations near the Summerhouse, and it didn't seem to be as busy as the area near the new pier. The owners are easy to contact and quick to reply to questions about the condo. I hope I can rent the condo again and take my mom to PCB for a vacation...she would love it. This condo made my first visit to PCB a wonderful experience! Thanks so much!

We had a great time ! The condo was beautiful, had everything you could possibly need. The view of the ocean was perfect. I hope we can come back agin next year.

It's our 4th (or maybe 5th) summer to rent your condo and we will keep coming back! We love the beautiful view from the balcony and get so excited each time we see dolphins in the Gulf. The condo is very clean, well maintained, and provides all the comforts of home. The kitchen has every cooking utensil we need for those nights we want to eat in, rather than dining out. Love the kitchen upgrades and the new bed linens in the master bedroom. There are many restaurant choices within a five mile radius of the condo. Our favorites... Montego Bay and Angelo's. It has also become a tradition for us to play putt-putt golf at Coconut Creek. Already looking forward to a fun, relaxing, and restful vacation in your condo again next year.

Thanks to our stay in your beautiful condo, my family had one of the best vacations ever! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I am not sure which we enjoyed more, the beach or the heated pool. Regardless of which we chose, it was so convenient to come back and use the washer and dryer in the condo. Because you had provided all the necessities (pans, plates, coffee maker, iron, etc.), we were able to focus on enjoying our time together. Even during Spring Break, the atmosphere at the Summerhouse was still family-friendly! We plan on checking with you first for our next vacation.

My family and I had a GREAT TIME staying at your condo! We have been vacationing in FL for over 27 years and place the Summerhouse in Panama City Beach at the top of our list. One of the best that we have stayed in. Condo was clean, well maintained and had a great view with lots of amenities. Photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance. Owner was very helpful in answering all our questions. One of our favorite things to do at the condo is to set on balcony and watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. As a family, Panama City Beach provides lots of attractions, great restaurants and the world's most beautiful beaches. Can't wait for our next stay at the Summerhouse!
