The listing was great - the place was even better than it looked on the listing. The property was clean and well mantained. The place was spotless. Ron, the person I was corresponding with, was excellent to work with. He is very efficient and a great person to deal with. We would highly recommend this studio to anyone that we talk to. Very close South Pointe, Silverton Casino (this is where the Bass Outlet was attached to) - were close to Las Vegas Outlet - close to Las Vegas Blvd so we drove to the outlet and then took the bus to the strip. We were there for over a month - had a great time.

We stayed for 7 wonderful, relaxing days in this very quiet and peaceful studio. Ron was the best. Immaculate surroundings. Minutes from downtown, easy access to everything. Very private, and secure. Would recommend this visit to anyone. Will absolutely return next year.

The place is just perfect for our needs while in Vegas. I know that we are much better off staying in a property like this with our 2 small dogs. Everything is close to great restaurants, grocery, and massage places where locals go, so you avoid having to pay "tourist" price. The property is clean and well-maintain, quite, and very safe. We highly recommend this place to couple and dog owners. We hope to stay here again next year.

Excellent property for 1 to 2 people with pets. Had a wonderful time here with our 2 small dogs. They had the run of a very large lot. Good location to hop on the freeway and go anywhere. Secluded, but still close to everything. Would stay here again.

This place was awesome! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the upper unit loft for 3 nights with our little dog, Buddy. The property's immaculate, inside & out. Nice, quiet area, secure location. Owner, Ron, is very cordial & accomodating to make sure that your stay is pleasurable. Easy access Hwy 15, minutes to shops, South Point and Silverton Casinos. The perfect place to retreat to after a night out on the Vegas strip. Will definately stay here for future visits to Vegas if unit's available! Thank you Ron.

hhhmmmm, how do you explain hosts as wonderful as ron and michelle in a few sentences? well, i'll try my best. ron and michelle are great and the property is not only spacious and beautiful, but also immaculate and well manicured. ron was very accommodating to our circumstance. my husband and i were in the process of buying a house and because one can never really know how long that process can take, he was so cool when we needed to extend our stay to allow for more time. the apartments are very private and quiet which i loved, but it was only a short drive away from the strip. as i told ron when our new las vegas home gets to crowded with guests which want to visit us, we will definitely send them ron and michelle's way which lets you know we recommend the vacation rental.

We stayed in the upper loft again this year for another month, it was once again clean and well taken care of. The pool and grounds were great like last year. This is a great location for both newcomers and vegas regulars, it is so close to everything and yet so quiet in the heart of the big city. Ron & Michelle are both very accomodating and generous with their beautiful property. Our cat (Vegas) also loves to watch the bunnies out the window.

My husband and I spent a week in the main floor suite and enjoyed it a great deal. We found the suite to be immaculate and just exactly what we were looking for. It is located in a quite rural type location in the middle of a very busy city...with easy access to the airport, strip, shopping and almost anything else you might want. The grounds are impeccable, the pool & hot tub great, and the hospitality outstanding. We really appreciated Ron's willingness to offer suggestions for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We had an outstanding stay and will plan to return.

I lived in the upstairs for January and February, 2010. Ron and Michelle are wonderful hosts, making sure that my dog and I were comfortable. The property is large and fenced in, so my dog was able to spend a great deal of time outside which she loved. The kitchen is very adequate for cooking for one or two, and Ron even provided an aero bed for a weekend guest. The bedroom is also comfortable, and the laundry facilities are both good and free. All in all, it is a great place to stay.

We stayed in the lower unit for three months & truly enjoyed our stay. At fist we were a bit surprised as there was not a full kitchen, but Ron immediately went out and bought a full refrigerator which we had easy access to. Also brought in a toaster oven. We needed extra space to spread out, so he brought in a large folding table. Every need we had was met very quickly and efficiently. Would had appreciated a sofa. It was so nice to be in a large property, & see nice landscaping instead of facing a parking lot. Ron & Michelle made us feel like family instead of renters.

This was perfect for my Sheltie and I. I was doing my CPE, visiting my son and Jazz my Sheltie and I ran in an AKC Agility Trial on the weekend. The property was convenient, quiet and secure.

What a TREAT! I found this treasure on the internet and spent 3 nights in the lower studio condo. Ron was extremely accomodating.... I was jockeying my schedule up until just a few days before I wanted the condo, and he was very amenable about that. He sent me exact directions from the airport. When I arrived he helped me with my luggage, gave me directions to my meeting for the next day and to the grocery store, and got me connected with Michelle's massage therapist (at my request). The condo was situated perfectly for what I was doing while I was there. It was clean and neat, had adequate facilities for the "cooking" I wanted/ needed to do, was really quiet, and the on-site laundry facilities (at no extra cost)made a great bonus. There was another couple staying upstairs, yet I hardly heard them. The whole experience was teriffic and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

What a gem! This place is quiet and secluded but close to everything in Vegas you might want. We stayed in the lower unit for five days. It was roomy, up to date, immaculate, and had all the necessary amenities. The hot tub and pool were especially nice. I can't imagine that we will be staying anywhere else when we return to Vegas.

I stayed here in the guesthouse downstairs for a tournament that was spread around the city. Clean and easily accessible on a nice property. The owners are friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and was nice to have most kitchen needs available (Upstairs is probably a better choice if you plan on real cooking. Full size fridge and stove and dishwasher). Hope to stay here again.

WOW! What a month! The upstairs studio was great for us and our cat! Plenty of space and very clean. Cannot say enough about the pool, Ron made us feel like it was our own space to relax in. Great yard to enjoy and we made good use of his nice barbecue. Good location, easy to find with quick access to the strip, shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. We definitely felt at home and we will for sure be back next summer! Thanks again Ron & Michelle

We spent a long weekend at the downstairs studio with our dog "Shelby". We were a little unsure how to really enjoy Vegas with a retriever in tow but this place was FANTASTIC! Beautiful landscaping, tons of shade, a great pool...a real oasis with The Strip just minutes away. Ron was a great host and the studio was perfect for us. Definitely plan to stay again. Highly recommend!!

This was a perfect place for us. Great location. Clean room with everything one could need. Big fenced yard was great for our dogs and the price was unbeatable. We used to stay over by Lake Mead but will definitely only stay here on future visits to vegas. Feel very lucky to have found it.

My husband & I travel to Las Vegas frequently to see my in-laws and we were limited in the places we could stay as we travel with our two dogs. I found this listing on VRBO, and it is now the only place we will stay in Las Vegas. The studio was perfect, with everything we could have wanted at a very reasonable price. A great find!

What great accomodations! The grounds were lovely & well kept and the units very clean and tidy. The upstairs unit has a nice deck for catching the sunrise. The kitchen worked well for eating in or heating up leftovers and it was great to have access to laundry facilities. I would definitely stay at this property again. The location is easy to get to whether you are going to the strip or Hoover Dam. Two thumbs up from me and two paws from Lily.

What a wonderful week! My friend and I each rented a unit. We were staying in Vegas for the Australian Shepherd National Specialty being held at South Point. Ron was very friendly and accomodating. It was nice to stay at a place that welcomed our dogs. The property is fully fenced and Ron was very kind about keeping the gate shut. I stayed in the downstairs unit and found it to be more than adequate! The price is quite reasonable too! I would gladly stay here again!

We just stayed 3 nights in the downstairs unit, it was great. We loved being just 5 minutes from the South end of the strip, easy access to the freeway that we used constantly to access the downtown parts of Vegas. Great accommodations, especially for the value. Owners were quiet and respectful of our privacy, but extremely helpful when we asked questions. Even with another couple staying above us, we found the unit very peaceful and quiet. Will recommend to anyone we know going to Vegas. Thanks again Ron and Michelle..

The Poolplace is very nice and sunny, thanks to Robot PoolCleaner. Sometimes we could play tennis on the court of the neighbors. The whole Property is cared very well by a gardener and a housekeeper. Ron and Michelle were very nice to us, helped us whenever they could. The only bus is 15 mins by foot and comes once in an hour, so better rent a car. The aircondition is a little bit noisy, earstopples help at night. After all its a good price for that studio and when we come back, we rent a car :).

We've stayed at several of Ron's property over the past year. He got something to handle all our Travel Needs. Was in town for a last minute meeting Ron was able to accomadate me in (1) of the Studio's. There great close to everything clean well appointed for the Rate and atmosphere what a steal of a deal. We stayed in the downstairs unit of the guest house (smaller refrigerator and hot plate in kitchen, which was adequate). The unit was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. It was nice having the attached laundry room. The location was quiet and had 2 large casinos and large outlet mall close by. We would stay there again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Been in this condo for approx. 6 months while settling into my new job. Ron & Michelle are the perfect hosts and support your needs without hesitation. "My Wife and I spent two months(Feb and March 2008)at Ron's studio apt. behind his residence. it was very clean, comfortable, and convenient.the direct tv was down due to a windstorm. Ron repaired it in two days. He was always ready and willing to provide aid in any way. He provided transport to the airport when we left. The cost is very reasonable. I just moved from Indiana to Vegas last October - I lived in Ron's studio apt. for 3 months. The place is great - a huge value for what you're paying. It's safe - ultra quiet too. There's beautiful scenery (mountains in the distance) and it's still really close to the strip (about 5-10 minutes). Ron and his maintenance men are very friendly and very accommodating. If you need help with anything Ron's your guy - directions somewhere, suggestions on what to do, interesting conversation, etc. I really can't recommend Ron enough - he's a great guy - and it was a great place to live.

This place was awesome! My Wife and I loved the studio, the pool area was a great escape from reality,quiet,with lawn chairs and a big patio area. The spa was a great way to ensure a relaxing sleep on a very comfortale bed. The location was quick to the strip and shopping outlets. This was the perfect balance we were looking for and were very comfortable staying here for 9 days. Top drawer!
